I will try not to repeat previous reviews, I will describe what I saw myself.
Firstly, after reading the reviews, we concluded that everything was not so bad with us, compared to others.
1. The territory is large, green, clean, they clean really constantly and well. No trash or plastic cups anywhere.
2. Numbers. From the old shabby "soviet" reality, to quite decent with a bath instead of a shower curtain and a good view of the sea. The rooms are cleaned badly. Garbage is taken out when the trash can is full, and not every day. Towels and beds are changed every 3 days, despite the fact that after the sea, guests constantly use the numbered shower.

3. Service. When you get there : ) They can be attentive and help, they can smile politely and do nothing. Example: initially they settled in a room that was not very suitable for us, in the morning they came to the reception - the first girl they contacted, having found out what exactly did not suit me (downstairs, under our room, the air conditioner made a lot of noise and rattled), after rummaging through the computer, she answered - there are no free rooms, I wrote it down, the fitter will be there within 1-2 days and will see what is wrong. However, my perseverance in achieving comfort is very strong; ) 20 minutes later, after breakfast, I turn to another - give me something better, faintly hinting that my gratitude has certain material boundaries. We are given a normal room, which is cleaned, with a sea view and a normal bathroom.
4. Sea. The water itself is clean, again there is no garbage either on the beach or in the water. BUT! The entrance to the sea is terrible, at the entrance there are large stones, not pebbles, but stones covered with mud. A leg constantly slips off them, the children generally refused to go into the sea after the first time and swam only in the pool. There is a place where the stones have been removed, but as you can imagine, this place is overcrowded. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, there is simply no point in borrowing, there are always empty ones along the entire coast.
5. Food. Not very varied. But you won't go hungry. Hot meat, sometimes fish, fruits, etc. The children's table is ugly. From drinks - soda, beer, local wine and water. There are no juices. There are three restaurants by appointment. It's basically a circus. You need to take a queue in the morning at 9 o'clock (! ), go to the recording room (as my daughter said), they will write you down, you can go once a week to 1 restaurant. We were in all. The first "Sozopol" - national food, pleasant waiters. The second - "Mediterranean" - oh-oh-oh-very slow service, the food is not quite sea food, namely crab sticks, defrosted and fried (from a bag) squid rings. In fairness, I’ll write - there is fried fish. The third - "Taliana" This is generally a show. The principle is “get in line for distribution and serve yourself food”; )
6. Shops. Not much, mostly from a series of typical beach shops, but if you forgot something from the necessary, then you can buy it. They love cash very much, if you say that according to the card, they look like an enemy of the people. They begin to explain that they need to go somewhere to another department, only with the seller, etc. But, if you persevere and say - they won’t take anything - they puff, but they count.

7. Money. Exchanged for reception. 1 euro - 18 levs, 100 rubles - 4 levs, withdraw from the card (mastercard rate) - 22 rubles for 1 lev, BUT they will take 10% commission from your money, i. e. you withdraw 100 leva from the card, they will give you 90.
8. Internet. Free works slowly, paid 10 leva (20 hours per week) is faster. Catches in the range of 500-700 meters from the reception.
9. Excursions. From what was stated by the host side, we were tempted by 2 to Nessebar and the Dolphinarium in Varna. As a result, we went to Nessebar on our own (on the advice of our friend at the reception) on a boat. Departs from the Elenite pier several times a day. Round-trip ticket - 25 levs for an adult and 10 levs for a child. I liked the city.
The children are also delighted with the dolphinarium, but the road there is quite tiring, so I would not advise you to go with children who can hardly endure travel.
10. Animation. There are for children, there are for adults. I can’t compare with Turkey, I was in other countries, because. we don't really like the "all inclusive" system, but the guys are trying, and as it turned out - the Turks : ).
Miscellaneous. As the guide told us, in Bulgaria it is customary to tip not only those who are accepted all over the world, but also (! ) Drivers, guides, sellers, etc. , i. e. everyone.
I will not advise or dissuade anyone, decide for yourself.
