We were supposed to be placed at the Royal Park Hotel, but for unknown reasons, the voucher was issued for Royal Bay. First, we were settled in a room, the balcony of which overlooked an empty mountain, without any vegetation. The balcony did not close, the lock was broken. I had to go to reception and sort it out.
