We returned with mixed feelings. We were promised Royal Park (and it was written in the voucher), but they settled us in Royal Bay (with the reference that these are hotels of equal stars). In fact, this is far from true!!!!! ! To begin with, the beach is not equipped, all in stones and steep as a rock. We were given a room apparently with a view of the construction site (and they promised in the form of compensation with a sea view). The children's beds creaked, the TV worked, but the remote didn't. Until there was a scandal at the reception, the situation did not change. And the hotel manager refused to talk to me? ? True, after all the disassembly, the workers came to repair the cribs and changed the remote control. And on the second day we were given a decent room. As for the food, I (and my whole family) simply have no words - everything was not tasty and small. Watermelon was given once and only one bowl for the whole hotel!!! ! And bananas were brought only at the beginning of the meal and only a few pieces... .
