We always went to rest in the Crimea in the summer, but this year, due to the current situation, it was decided to go abroad. For a whole month we chose resorts and settled on Bulgaria. The travel agency recommended this hotel to us. According to the description of the hotel, we liked everything, but after reading the reviews, we began to doubt. But anyway, we decided and went. It was decided to go by car. Travel time from Dnepropetrovsk to the hotel is a day (with the passage of all borders). We were checked into the hotel quickly, but we were not taken to the room. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the park. Balconies in all rooms. The hotel has 4 floors, there are 3 elevators. I will say right away that we are not spoiled by the All Inclusive services, maybe that's why we liked everything)))). Hotel Delfin, one of the five hotels in the Grand Hotel Varna complex. All these five hotels are located on the same territory. Two hotels Delfin Marina 4 * and Rubin 4 * are located directly by the sea with access to the beach, two more hotels Delfin 4 * and Swan 4 * are a little further from the beach, 3-5 minutes walk, and the 5-star Grand Hotel Varna itself is located for some reason farthest from the sea. Near each hotel there are swimming pools with areas for children and slides. You can go swimming anywhere. On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are allegedly paid, but for 10 days of rest we never paid for them, the main thing is to have time to take them. The sand on the beach is white and clean. The water is transparent. On the beach itself, they are constantly cleaned, there are practically no full trash cans. Animators work on the beach until lunchtime. There are also pools on the beach. Two children's with slides. My son didn't get out. The rooms are clean, only there are no hygiene products (there should be in 4 *). For a tip to the maids (2 leva = 16 UAH), towels and bed linen were changed for us almost every other day. Of course, you can find fault with the quality of the room (a cracked cistern on the toilet bowl, the audibility in the bathroom of all the hotel's flushing toilet bowls in our riser), but we did not come to sit in the room. The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed, there is where to walk. A good playground, but one for the whole complex, so in the evening there are a lot of children. In the evening, there is a mini disco for children. Our child (4.5 years old) loved it. The shopping street starts right next to the hotel. There are many shops, cafes, currency exchange and a pharmacy. Pavilions with souvenirs. And the monastery of St. Constantine and St. Helena with a healing spring. Even children with disabilities are brought there. Meals at the hotel are all inclusive. Buffet. There was a big line at lunchtime as the hotel was full. But there was always enough food for everyone and there was plenty to choose from. Maybe monotonous, but we did not go hungry. Always fresh fruits and vegetables. Delicious desserts for lunch and dinner. Children's menu. The lobby bar with drinks is open at the hotel until 22.00. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Would like to come again.
