Nice hotel, bad food
The hotel is green, with a small territory, to the sea at a leisurely pace 5-7 minutes, the room is normal minus that it stinks of cigarettes The fattest minus food For breakfast, porridge, pancakes - no There is an oak omelette (probably fried in the evening) and sausage with sausages Rice for lunc...
Great hotel for families!
We arrived late at night long before check-in time. Our room was already prepared and we were settled. They didn't even charge extra for that night! The buffet food is very varied and tasty.
The hotel is terrible. I'll be back - yes
I rested in this hotel six times, starting in 2015 (see my review below), once even with my seven-year-old granddaughter. Everything in it was old, lived, but everything worked.
Good hotel, even better than I expected
The three of us rested in Rusalka in August 2019. We settled in very quickly - we arrived at 4.00, at 7.00 we were already in the room! Glad you didn't have to wait until lunch!
Review of Astor Garden Hotel
It was a family trip. I went to the border for the first time, looked at a few reviews, looked for a hotel on the appropriate dates, and looked at the price tag. We arrived a little earlier for 3-4 hours, settled us in an hour.
We went to children's festivals
We heard a lot about children's festivals in Bulgaria and decided to go with the children. The children were added to the group of speakers. We liked the stay, value for money.
The hotel has potential, but lacks care and love for guests
Hospitality is an elusive art. Partially agree with previous reviews. I want to emphasize some points. We were driving from Moldova, the operator advertised comfortable double-decker buses, Alfa Servis, and I didn’t bother asking for comfortable seats (we are a family of large people), thinking tha...
We went with children to the so-called international competition. The hotel is terrible, it's dirty everywhere. For 95 people, there are 4 sun loungers near the pool. There is no bed, two mattresses laid one on one.
Cozy, green area, quiet, excellent food
Just arrived from Bulgaria. I really liked the hotel. Estreya palace and Estreya residence have a common lobby, territory, restaurant, courtyard, pool, so this is one hotel.
Review of Chaika Hotel
I just found this hotel on the Internet, looked at the information for it, read the reviews and I liked it somehow. According to the room we had flaws. The room itself was quite small.
