We rested at the Dolphin Hotel 4 * (St. Konstantin and Elena) in June 2009. The resort is located in a very picturesque, beautiful and very green area. The hotel is located 100 meters from the sea and go down the stairs ("20 meters from the beach", as they say on some sites - it's right off the cliff). "Dolphin" is one of the hotels located closest to the sea.
In general, the hotel is quite consistent with its 4 *. The photo on the site is true. In the room: air conditioning TV, hair dryer, balcony, shower, there was only a refrigerator. If you go by the “All” system, then they give you separate towels for the beach, a sunbed and an umbrella on the beach are also provided. The beaches in Bulgaria are all common, everyone can walk, but if there is a bracelet for the beach, then you can safely go and take sunbeds and an umbrella.
Meals: breakfast is always the same - muesli, yogurt, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs, vermicelli, fried cowboys, sausages, vegetables, cheese, feta cheese, tea, coffee, milk, pastries. Lunches and dinners are always varied, m'yaso, fish in different types 2 times a day and in sufficient quantities. Fruits - apples, kiwis, cherries, grapefruits, oranges, sometimes there were watermelons.

Near the hotel they made a playground for the little ones themselves, there is a children's room.
We went on an excursion to Nessebar. Worth a look, especially since apparently this is the biggest attraction in Bulgaria. We wanted to go on an excursion to Istanbul, but we had a 1-time Bulgarian visa, so if you want to go to Turkey, you need to worry about it in advance. We went to Varna twice (5.5 lev for 3 one-way tickets). The biggest attraction is the cathedral in the city center, there is nothing more to see there, especially to buy too.
We were quite satisfied with our vacation. Negative moments were not even observed.
RECOMMENDATIONS: change money only at the bank, do not be fooled by exchangers or exchangers on the street - they will definitely deceive you. The exchange rate turned out to be the most profitable in the banks of Varna. In supermarkets, it is possible to pay with a plastic card.
