Disappointment

In 2011, we rested at the Azalea Hotel (in the same town). Despite the few negative reviews, I really enjoyed it! Diverse cuisine, clean beach and pools (one in the hotel, the other on the beach), decent service, there is a good, CLEAN lobby bar, wi-fi, spa, OFP hall, sauna, Turkish bath, the rooms are clean and cleaned quickly and at the same time (usually at lunchtime). . . There is a refrigerator (it contains soft drinks and a bottle of wine), TV. In 2012 we decided to rest in another hotel (it's interesting). . . The operator recommended Dolphin-Marina for the same money. COMPLETE BUAM!!! ! 4 stars - nonsense!! ! You will understand when you enter the hall. In the lobby-bar the furniture is shabby, you can't close the toilet - the handles are broken. We go further, or rather below, because the receptionist is at the top. Settled on the first floor (not a problem), but. . . there is no refrigerator, cosmetic repairs and in a hurry, the furniture is old and swollen from moisture since the winter, the door to the bathroom too. The TV worked poorly for 2 days, we contacted the reception, they promised us to come the next day and fix the problems, but there was no one. I decided to figure it out on my own, it turned out that the antenna was taken out, and the nest was behind the furniture. I had to move. Removed badly!! ! When necessary at different times. On the first day I killed a fly, on the 7th day it was possible to celebrate a wake with it, and lay on the floor. The kitchen is monotonous, but satisfying (at least not Zatoka). Of the juices, only 3 types - orange, pineapple and blueberry. There is no beach!! ! Well, at least there is a pool and EVERYTHING !! ! Spa no! ! no fitness! no sauna! And finally, the departure was at 19:00, BUT ATTENTION!! ! At 12 o'clock we were evicted from the room and cut off the bracelets (from "Azalea" we arrived home with bracelets). After that they stopped communicating with us at all ! ! The suitcases were stacked at the reception right in the lobby (there is no left-luggage office). Dinner was not allowed in the dining room. I had to wander around the city, and when we got tired (we were 5 adults, 5 children), we decided to sit on the sun loungers of the Dolphin Hotel. Fortunately, they forgot to take away the bracelet from a child of 4 years old, I had to use ingenuity. . . In turn, we put on this PRECIOUS BRACELET, glued with adhesive tape (by the way, the first-aid kit came in handy), and went to the beach for hamburgers, and for ice cream to the Albatros bar, and sat like poor relatives until we were figured out and asked to free the sun loungers. At 17.30, a girl drove up in a broken-down red minibus and began to collect all those leaving 1.5 hours before departure. Made 5 flights to all hotels. In "Azalea" a taxi car or a brand new Sprinter (depending on the number of people leaving) drove up in half an hour, and we were full and happy and went home. From the "Dolphin - Marina" I wanted to leave quickly. . . Finally, I wanted to ask for a guest book to leave a note about staying in a "4-star hotel", however, either we spoke Russian poorly, or the LIMIT on conversations ended, but no one wanted to communicate. On the bus, we shared our impressions with guests from other hotels, it turned out that for less money in 3-star hotels not on the first line, you can get better service, and when we stopped by for those departing from Bona Vita (2-stars), we realized that for our money we were "raped". . . In "Bona Vita" it turns out that there are refrigerators and TVs in the rooms. . . there is a sauna and the food is varied. Conclusion - If you already liked somewhere, look, do not make a mistake when choosing another hotel!! ! And yet, "Dolphin Marina" does not pull on 4-STARS !! ! Don't waste your money and time!! ! A maximum of 2 stars, and then with a stretch. By the way, I will not contact my tour operator for such a service anymore !! !
