We booked a standard room with the condition of placement not under the roof, because. understood that it is like death to us. Upon arrival, we are given the keys... and these are the same rooms under the roof. As if on purpose... Moreover, the air conditioner did not work in the room !! ! The roof during the day heats up very strongly and in the room + 30... there is no oxygen at all !! ! We ask you to change the number, we get a refusal... we ask you to send a master to fix the air conditioner - there is no master, it will be in the morning (in Egypt at 3 o'clock in the morning the air conditioner master came)... we ask for a fan - also a refusal... The husband cursed, but that's all to no purpose... We spent the night on the so-called balcony of the room.
I will not speak for a long time... we changed the number after 4 days.
Staff at the reception: there is a very nice lady, ready to help solve the problem. And there are unskilled, uneducated young people who do not understand or do not want to understand either English or Russian. There is only one answer to all questions: I DON'T KNOW, NO, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE... and this is in a 4-star hotel !!!

Place of food: we greatly regretted that we took breakfast and dinner.
THERE ARE NO NAMEPLATES ON THE DISHES... this is the first time I see this. For breakfast, they serve NOT FRESH ROASTED SAUSAGE, RANTIAN CHEESE, and everything else looks like it’s not very... At dinner, there were two times... then we went only for ice cream, it is very tasty !!!
Cleaning and everything connected with it: the rooms were cleaned very well on both the 4th and 3rd floors. On the economic side, everything is also on the level, on the morning of the 16th they fixed the air conditioner, found a fan and brought it to the room. Special thanks to these wonderful women!!!
The territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed.

The whole resort complex is not big, but pleasant for relaxation and no matter what, you can get positive emotions!! ! We ate at the SLAVYANI snack bar. Very tasty, fast and not expensive. They will always advise both wine and second courses, they will explain everything and tell the composition. Thank you very much !!!
Rented a car. We went to Aladzha, Nessebar and Varna. We messed up a little.
Every evening hodoli "under the pipe", it's on the beach near the Saturn restaurant. The pipe is taken out of the underground lake, the water has a temperature of +48 degrees and smells a little of hydrogen sulfide. But it is not diluted with bleach, as in pools. Natural product... balneological procedures .
