The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the sea, on a hill. There is free wi-fi (in the lobby), swimming pool (shallow). The breakfasts seemed pretty good to me. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. Since June of this year, free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests have appeared on the beach.
Some of the rooms in the hotel have not been renovated for a very long time (I think it was in such rooms that the authors of negative reviews lived).
