I read the reviews with interest. Our bands were not at the festival in June. Therefore, I can’t say anything about the festival itself, the jury, etc. But our leader, who was with the children, praised very much, interesting performances, everything was fine. But this is the view of the viewer, not the participant.
Since June 5, a group with a leader lived there, and surprisingly, the reviews of all the children were very good.
It really depends on the leader. No one complained about the food, on the contrary, they praised it. In total, our children were 15 + 1 hands there. The children changed, they came, they stopped by. But there was not a single complaint.

2) the water smells of hydrogen sulfide - yes, it's so strange that it causes such discontent - after all, the water there is mineral from hot springs !! ! we see this as a plus - people pay money specifically to come to a resort with mineral water, and here for two weeks you swim in a pool from a mineral spring, the entire hotel is supplied with the same water. The water in the spring is hot, it is diluted, but the smell remains slightly.

3) The hotel is not new, the buildings of the Soviet period - approximately 70 - 80 years, there are rooms with a good repair. there is so-so. Depends on the floor.
Our always lodged in decent numbers. If they settled in bad ones, we tried to relocate.
4) There are queues, it’s so that they don’t accumulate, they make a time pass - a group with a leader comes in, but not for the children to run on their own. Still, this is a children's camp, not just a hotel.
5) Rudeness of the staff - this is the first time I hear about it, all our managers note the friendliness of the staff. And so it has always been. And for my part, I want to say that we have been working with this company for a very long time, there were no problems, we are always friendly, we solve all issues promptly.
On the territory of security, in the restaurant the waiters. maids reception - all polite. And so it has always been.
6) Now our leader has changed - she said that the food has become worse. But I will forward all the reviews that you sent to the management of the host country (they are also the owners of the camp)
In my opinion, the problem is that many parents come and want a more comfortable stay, but at the same time they forget that they paid for the children's camp, it's cheap, it's not the same as staying in an adult hotel. You need to understand the difference.
