Over the past 4 years, in the DMC Albatros, located in the hotel Geologist, St. St. Constantine and Elena, there were no complaints. On the contrary, many companies from Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, etc. return to us every year, not only to the camp, but also as participants in festivals, as well as as individual tourists. Our guests have repeatedly expressed their good opinion about the camp, about the festivals held by TURAL, as well as about the hotel's cuisine. The food at the hotel is ALWAYS fresh, fresh fruits, vegetables and other products are ordered every day. Water, not only in the pools, but throughout the hotel is mineral, from hot springs. All our partners note the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Yes, the hotel has rooms that have not been renovated, but our camp maintains the lowest prices for children's camps on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The festival "Slavic crown" has been held for 10 years already and enjoys great success among numerous participants of the international scene. The Slavic Crown Festival has earned its place in the annual cultural calendar of the Varna Community. In June 2017 (20.06 - 29.06), the children's group ALITAS came to our camp. To our great regret, the stay of this group disturbed the peace and good mood of the whole complex. The scandalous behavior of two women from the group - Ms. Soldachenko Lesia, a citizen of the Republic of Ukraine, who lived in room 418 from 20.06 - 29.06. 2017 and Boyko Maria, a citizen of the Republic of Ukraine, who lived in room 416 from 20.06 - June 29.2017 caused a lot of complaints from not only residents, but also staff. Ms. Soldachenko and Boyko offended everyone, cursed, got drunk, behaved scandalously and in contradiction not only to normal, human norms of good behavior, but also in complete disregard for the rules of public order. During their stay, the police had to be called repeatedly to ensure the peace of everyone else in the camp. . The TURAL company and all the staff of the DMC Albatros Geologist apologize to all our partners and guests who witnessed the obscene behavior of these women.
