We rested with my son 8 years old from July 15.2011 for 14 days, breakfast included. The host of Solvex is great, meeting, accommodation, consultations... We were in Bulgaria for the first time, they offer currency exchange at the normal rate (there is no exchanger in the hotel, at least for the first time to exchange some money, because at the airport the exchange rate predatory), SIM card of a profitable mobile service provider. We didn't take any tours, so I can't comment on that.
We arrived at 15:00 and were seated immediately. Room on the 6th floor, park view - from the room view of hotels, mountains, for us it was not important, because. there were few in the room.
The hotel is located on a mountain about a kilometer from the sea, 350 meters from the highway. There is an underpass to cross the highway. When climbing to the hotel from the highway, there is no footpath, you need to walk along the side of the road where cars drive. The climb is quite steep, but many women were happy to have free fitness by walking several times a day to the hotel. On the territory of the hotel grows mulberry, cherry plum, roses are very beautiful.

Room after cosmetic repairs, not small, with a balcony. Everything in the toilet is tiled, instead of a shower-bath there is a hole in the floor, there is a toilet right next to it, but it didn’t bother me at all. The furniture is new, everything you need is at a minimum (2 beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table), there is carpet on the floor. TV 3 Russian channels, refrigerator, air conditioning, everything worked. We are very satisfied with the living conditions!
The hotel began to receive tourists after renovation in 2010, so there were practically no reviews about it.
This year, youth camps were hosted on floors 2-4, by the way, teenagers were absolutely unorganized, they drank, yelled until 3 a. m. , threw glass bottles on the asphalt, they made a real garbage dump under the windows, from cigarette butts the earth was not visible. The staff did their best to clean it all up, but nevertheless, we were told that we had the right to ask for another hotel!
The fattest minus was that when a lot of people settled in the hotel, serious water shortages began in the room. It was especially unpleasant to stand soapy in the shower and wait for the water to run. The hotel, apparently, is not designed to receive such a large number of people. Good pressure was at 12 o'clock at night, or at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. In the morning, sometimes they could not even wash themselves because of the lack of water. They got used to it, got a 3-liter bottle and poured water into it.
In the room, the garbage was taken out every day, toilet paper was brought, they were not cleaned at all (yes the staff will forgive me if I didn’t notice that they had vacuumed at least once, at least the sand, accidentally brought from the sea, had been lying on the carpet for the last 5 days), the bed was changed on the 11th day after I gave the maid 2 leva (about 40 rubles), our friend from the next room did not change the bed even once in 2 weeks. The maids speak only Bulgarian, not friendly. At the reception, too, not everyone speaks Russian.

Breakfast (buffet): hot - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages alternate every day, daily croissants with different fillings (alternate), tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, sausage, roll, bread (there is a toaster), butter, jam 2 kinds, honey, peaches or raspberries in syrup, flakes. From drinks, tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, water, drinks (terrible diluted invites of the color of potassium permanganate). You could take food with you to your room, there is also a cooler in the lobby around the clock, you could pour water into bottles and take it with you to the sea.
Conclusions: We went to 2 *, at a low price, we expected, of course, the worst, because. read reviews of deuces in Bulgaria almost with cockroaches. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent living conditions! Remoteness from the sea did not bother at all, because. communicated with people from other hotels on the first line, and the sea near the hotel was dirty, people went to the beach about 500 meters from the hotel, and some went by tram for 2 leva (40 rubles). Yes, and it is useful to breathe sea air on the way to the sea. The food was sufficient, we were not hungry. If someone is interested in a pool with bleach, it is paid on the territory of the neighboring hotel Neptun, 3 leva per adult and 1.5 per child, and in the village of St. Konstantin and Elena on the territory of other hotels you can find where they are allowed into the pool for free. Animation can also be found free of charge in the village, where all people walk in the evening. If next year there will be the same low prices for this hotel, we will go only there!
