This children's hotel works tirelessly for the benefit of its guests. Constant maintenance ensures a high standard in all areas. The staff are great - all smiling and happy to serve - what a refreshing attitude. We saw the children's team gathering on the beach - it was their laughter that caught our attention. I am convinced that the philosophy here is - Happy team, happy tourists - and it works. The food is wonderful - with such a huge selection - it would be impossible not to find something that even the most fussy eaters will enjoy: fresh salads with a huge selection of dressings; fish, beef, lamb, chicken, Bulgarian food, cakes, pastries, fantastic fresh fruits....
The huge pool is a delight away from the hustle and bustle of the beach although it only gets sun in the morning. The seating area is heaven with its comfortable seating to unashamedly laze around. The animation team provides a professional level of entertainment! Everyone was charming. Well done for all of us.
The staff worked hard towards the safety of everyone - but the sea was so rough that there was no calm weather. Our only disappointment with this otherwise happy hotel!
