Moreover, the presence of tips did not affect this in any way. There was an idea that the owner of the hotel also saved money on maids. And a few people clean the whole hotel.
Soap accessories were given upon check-in, if necessary, more were delivered upon request.
The Internet in the hotel is generally a "song" ...Yes, they give you a Wi-fi password upon check-in. But the Internet does not pull up to the 6th floor. It's like it's not a problem. Relatives can write a couple of lines in the lobby. . But, even in the lobby, with the strongest signal, the Internet refused to work with enviable constancy.
At the same time, on the balcony, in the corner, a "foreign" Internet was caught, not even from a neighboring hotel, but from a neighboring resort (! ) - Sunny day, from the Palace Hotel, and although the signal was weak, the connection to it was without problems ...except for the fact that you are standing on the balcony, leaning out at the very railing, and you risk dropping your phone / tablet down.


When at the very least the Internet worked, the air conditioner stopped working. In the middle of the holiday, he simply stopped cooling - he buzzed, buzzed, but worked like a fan. We thought we had heatstroke and we had a temperature until we realized that the humming air conditioner was not working to cool! 4 days could not fix it. In the heat of +36 it was not the most pleasant.

It's just as if everything could not work at the same time - something, but it was not that. In a restaurant, if there are forks, then there are no spoons; if there are forks and spoons, then the plates are over. If there are forks, spoons and plates, then there are no napkins.
If suddenly there is all this, then it doesn’t matter if there will be no drinks, or food, or ice cream, or dirty dishes have not been removed from the tables and there is nowhere to sit ...

To get drinks, you need to contact the bartender, but there is no list of drinks, cocktails, and therefore you can only order what you know for sure, there is no one to expect tips and advice from. The bartenders and waiters were young guys and girls, who looked about 16 years old, who did not always even speak English. Personally, this did not cause problems for us, but we saw how foreigners tried in vain to explain to a girl in a bar that they wanted ice cubes in a cocktail. But she couldn't understand them.
I liked the food at the hotel in general, although it was rather monotonous.
Some goodies (sweets) were exclusively at the beginning of lunch and dinner and were no longer heard, but there was enough fruit, and since it was a season, grapes, and peaches, and nectarines, and watermelons were delicious. There are almost no salads in the usual sense, but there are vegetables and various dressings for them. For breakfast, mostly scrambled eggs - the same boiled sausage. Muesli. And once there were semolina and rice porridge. For lunch there were soups, quite good.


Animation Entertainment Animation at the hotel is. Children jumped and danced with the animators. But the songs, the movements are exactly the same every day. In general, in a couple of days it will get very boring. But there were days when animators spoke not only in Bulgarian or Czech, but also in broken Russian. There was also animation for adults in the evening, but it seemed boring to us the first time and we didn’t go there anymore. But this is purely a matter of taste, so I do not exclude that there were those who liked these performances.

As often happens, sunbeds and umbrellas need to be taken around 6-7 in the morning, then there are no more places. But be prepared for the fact that around 9 am people will come, guests of another hotel, who will start to drive you off their beach ...Although you were sure that you were lying on your own!
In this situation, everyone is right, and the administration of both hotels is wrong, not bothering to somehow designate the territory of their beaches. As a result - if you find yourself in such a situation and you have such a strong nervous system that you can lie under the breach and the cries of the guests of the "Gloria" - lie down. If not, you will be left without sunbeds and an umbrella for the rest of the day.
