If you cook by yourself, then only frozen food is sold. It is better to go to shops in the morning or at lunchtime, because by the evening the choice of fruits and yoghurts is no longer great, only leftovers are sold. In large stores, prices are lower than in small shops. But the choice of products (yogurts, fruits) even in these large stores is small.
