Hotel Arsena 4 * is really in a cool location and has a good visual view! But, unfortunately, the picture is deceptive and this is where its attractions end. The rooms are normal like in all hotels, but if you eat with a child, then there is a separate folding chair for him, but if there are 3 adults, then for one of you there is also a folding chair. The rooms are cleaned in a boorish way: they will forget to change your towels, then they will deliver shampoo, gel, then they will make the bed, it would be considered! And the kitchen in the hotel is a separate HORROR!! ! We ordered a HB buffet, what we got: for breakfast: 2 types of muesli, 1 type of cheese, sausages, cheese, stinky ham, milk and juice (Yuppi), scrambled eggs on the water, split sausages, glued vermicelli, boiled eggs, jam and honey, (tea and coffee were every other time!!! ). For dinner "even better": 1 type of salad (often not fresh), 2 types of side dish, and if you came to the beginning of dinner, then 2 types of meat. We had a case when we came to dinner at 7-30 (dinner from 7-9), and we see in an empty container that there was chicken fillet with sauce, we ask: When will they bring fresh? and they answer us: there will be no more !! ! And only after the scandal they brought us a dish, and then on a separate plate only for us, the rest who came later did not give the chicken !! ! And about drinks, we were told that they were not allowed for dinner at all !! ! I can say one thing: the buffet implies a choice, but it is not at all! And they didn’t give fruit at all, they gave sweets several times. Sometimes we came across rotten vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers). The hotel managers reacted very aggressively to our complaints and did nothing to improve the service. The big drawback is that the hotel is being completed (now it has 95 rooms) and you are charged as for 4 * in full, and everything else is built for your day. If you love your hard-earned money and don't go to Arsena 4*, it corresponds to the level of 2*+, nothing more!! !
