In early June 2012, my husband and I went on vacation to blessed Bulgaria. We chose the hotel "Oasis", located in the park of New Nessebar. The location of the hotel is good: the beach is next to the hotel, and the building itself is surrounded by huge trees with many birds living there. We were settled in a junior suite, and then asked to be released, which, as you understand, greatly spoiled our first impression of the hotel. We pre-purchased breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet does not impress the imagination with the range of dishes. The monotony quickly got tired, and a week later, when the main crowd of tourists arrived, these dishes began to be missed. As I was later told, the restaurant workers brought updated dishes by a certain time. The only thing that pleased: there were always fruits for breakfast and dinner. Since the season was just beginning, we had dinner on an individual program, i. e. we were fed what they brought from the menu. The food was delicious - we were happy. And when the people arrived, they transferred to a common buffet, which also did not differ in great variety. The linen in the room was not changed during all 9 days of our stay at the hotel, when the vacationers began not to grumble, but to complain, they changed the sheets. Towels were not changed every day. The air conditioner after some time of work began to flood the room: the wall and the socket on the wall. After 6-7 days, ants came to the room, and we were offered
in response to our complaint, poison them. But I'm allergic to chemicals, and who would be pleased to breathe poison in his room on his vacation !! ! We asked to be moved to another room, they refused. This was the last straw of our patience. We asked our representative from the host company Solvayks to move us to another hotel. Having paid a small amount, we moved from the three-star "Oasis" to the five-star "Helena" on Sunny Beach. But that's a completely different story. . .
