In terms of distance, it is approximately the same to go to the old town, to the southern (toward Pomorie) and northern (towards Sunny Beach) beaches of Nessebar. Cyril and Methodia Street is small and calm. There is no busy traffic and noisy crowds of tourists. The windows of the hotel overlook a small square with a playground. Within 50 meters there is a larger playground, pharmacy, grocery store, bank and ice cream and cake shops. The walk to the beach didn't bother me. The portions are very large and it was necessary to burn extra calories. After dinner - pleasant walks along the central Khan Krum street or along old Nessebar (I recommend visiting during the day and in the evening).
The hotel managers Peter and his wife Margarita are very nice and helpful people. They speak Russian fluently. We were met like relatives, on the first evening Peter took us around the city and showed us where he was. The food was very tasty and varied (Peter himself cooks). We had breakfasts and dinners - nothing happened during the whole vacation. Dinner includes dessert and drinks. Peter treated us with homemade wine and brandy. The atmosphere in the hotel is homely, everyone is always happy to see you, they smile, they will be happy to help in everything. The attitude towards children is especially warm, as in other things and in all of Bulgaria. Special thanks to Suzana - the child is already bored. If you want a quiet family holiday, without noise, fuss and extra hassle - only Orpheus is your choice.
