We went to Vigo in August 2010. I’ll make a reservation right away that for my money it’s quite a normal hotel, a solid 4.
It is located on the first lane from the sea, although you need to go to the beach to the right of the hotel about 300 meters, on the beach umbrellas and sun loungers are paid (umbrella + 2 sun loungers 15 levs (i. e. about 7.5 dollars) only an umbrella 7 levs (3.5 dollars) if you go further along the beach, there are places where you can lie down on your towel behind a strip of umbrellas. The beach is sandy, though rather dirty, mixed with cigarette butts, which almost every smoker considers it his duty to stuff there, but no one collects them. From the hotel to the right is the old Nessebar, where you can take a walk in the evening.
It is inexpensive to eat in Nessebar (in Old Nessebar it is more expensive) (on average, about 15-20 levs, lunch for three (me, husband, child 5 years old) is a salad, peleshka (chicken soup), something for the second, a glass of juice, a glass of beer (although I’ll immediately make a reservation that the child’s appetite is terrible, I’m also not a super eater, and our dad is not a fat man))) portions are usually large, so the salad was always taken 1 serving for 2, since salad in a serving of 400 grams is probably the second sometimes they also took 1 for 2))) there, if you go from the hotel to the right to the beach, then before going down to the beach there are 7-8 bars where it is convenient to dine without leaving the sea))) we often dined with one guy in whose cafe for some reason there were always few visitors, although they cooked normally and tasty and the portions were larger than in neighboring cafes. not infrequently, sitting there, they watched a picture of how vacationers come into a cafe and see many free tables, look at neighboring cafes where almost all the tables are occupied, whisper among themselves and go to a more crowded cafe))).

But this is all about Nessebar itself, now a little about the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the old Nessebar and the sea. The cleanliness of the cleaning of the rooms is somewhat lame, towels are changed at will, bed linen is probably 1 time in 5 days. in the shower room there were 3 pieces of shower gel, shampoo and body lotion, such tiny bottles, considering that I took a piece of baby soap with me, then we had enough. The carpet in the room is already dirty (it is light, so if it is worn, you can see it right away), at first at the reception we were told that the refrigerator in the room was for a fee, but when we told the representative of the tour operator about this, she said that we would use it, since this is a hotel 4 stars, it implies the presence of a refrigerator in the room, we talked a little at the reception about this and in the end we used the refrigerator all the time, we were not required to pay for it. Parking near the hotel is paid, if you drive a car like we do, consider this, 10 leva a day, although later walking around the city, we saw cheaper parking lots and not very far from the hotel, so you could save money by driving the car to the hotel only when they left.
There are 2 pools on the territory of the hotel, one is large, the other is in a group with a paddling pool, a small one, although I don’t understand people who come to the sea and swim in the pool all the time. the children's room there is really paid, we did not use it. Meals, we took a tour with breakfasts and dinners and regretted it, because based on the hotel's opinion on the cost of breakfast or dinner per person, we had to take only breakfasts, because for that kind of money we could have eaten in the city and would not have been attached to the hotel in terms of dinner. Since they came from the sea somewhere at 17:30, then showered, changed clothes and somewhere at 18, well, at 18:30 we were already ready to have dinner, and the dining room opened at 19:00, and, accordingly, while we eat it is already about 20:00, then there was not much time left for a walk around Old Nessebar. The food is normal, no frills, of course))) For breakfast there were always several types of cereal, several yogurts, jam and honey, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, sausage, fried egg, fried sausages, I don’t remember something there already))) on dinner, a couple of salads, soup, a couple of cakes and pastries, bananas, apricots (sometimes green), oranges, fried meat, chicken, vegetables, side dishes. Basically, you won't go hungry.
And finally, I’ll say that if anyone is looking for more budget options for holidays in Bulgaria, feel free to go to any city and there, on every 2-3 hour house, there are signs “Ima are free flocks” - there are free rooms or rooms)))))) Have a good rest.
