We went to foreign countries for the first time.
Travel agency. We chose Belfresh because she offered us the lowest price for the VIGO hotel. We didn’t like the service very much: we came with a small child, we knew exactly where we were going, and here in front of our nose a man and a woman, supposedly regular customers, sit down in a chair in front of a consultant girl, they can’t understand for 40 minutes where they want to go and leave without choosing anything.
Transport. We chose the bus because of the banal fear of the plane. And we didn’t go by train, because. we didn’t have time (we had been traveling since August 25, and the last train, according to the travel agency, left Varna on September 5). We got the SETRA bus, very uncomfortable seats, leaning back a little, hard. Such in Bulgaria go between cities, and we rode it through 3 countries. Well, at least they stopped often and went to civilian toilets for free.

Arrival. We arrived in Nessebar at 7.45 am. We and another married couple were taken to the hotel, but with such a favor (all the other passengers left earlier: in Zol. Sands, Sunny Beach). We were not immediately settled in the hotel, because. check-in only at 14.00. "Thank you" to our tour company for bringing us so early. By the way, we also leave at 18.30, and the hotel will be chased at 12.00. "Thanks" to the travel agency for the "convenient" schedule.
Hotel. Hotel VIGO 4 *, but to be honest, it does not pull on its title. For some reason, this hotel was highly praised in the travel agency for us.
Bed linen was changed only 2 times in 2 weeks, towels were changed about every other day, although the foot towel was never changed! Speaking of towels, some had holes and stains. The room was cleaned badly, sometimes they didn’t even vacuum, they didn’t wipe the dust at all.
Nutrition. We only took breakfast. And they did it right. Breakfast is monotonous: pasta (sometimes undercooked), scrambled eggs, several types of sausages, buns, cheese, only cucumbers and tomatoes from fresh vegetables, grapefruits and sometimes bananas from fruits. Coffee only from the machine. There was also a machine with so-called juices, which tasted like an artificial concentrate diluted with water.
Now I’ll tell you why we did the right thing not to take dinner. We had lunch and dinner in a cafe, and one day we decided to eat in a hotel restaurant. Menu: again the same morning pasta, some salted potatoes, moussaka - potatoes. casserole with meat - again salty, rice with chicken - the most edible dish, salted cutlets and a lot of spices, fried fish. Salads are just chopped vegetables, unsalted, unseasoned. True, there were cakes - this is +. But the culmination of the dinner was that the coffee machine and the machine with drinks were hung up with some kind of rag and ALL DRINKS WAS FOR A SPECIAL PAY AND PEOPLE WHO COMED TO THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT MONEY DRINKED SIMPLE WATER!! ! Shame on a 4 star hotel!
The advantage was that it was not far to go to the beach, you could go right in a swimsuit or in a pareo.
Minus - there are no changing cabins and toilets on the beach.

By the way, the beaches are municipal and free, but they are completely lined with sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee (7 leva each = 14.000 Belarusian rubles). You could lie down on your mat only in the aisles between the wide strips of deck chairs. Between the sun loungers, too, do not lie down - they drive.
That's all. In general, for the first time - okay, but I would like better.
