Dear friends!
This is the first time I'm posting a review on a site like this. But this time it is simply impossible to remain silent. My husband and I just returned from this hotel. I will say right away that we are not the first time in Bulgaria, we are already familiar with the color of the country, there were no problems before, BUT not this time!!!
Arriving at the hotel, the first thing we noticed was the neglected state of everything, just everything, Vigo does not create the impression of a cozy pleasant place. We were given a room in block 4A, on the 6th floor, the elevator did not work, and my husband had to carry his suitcase on his own. The case is very damp with a strong smell of mold. We go into the room and just collapsed! A small dark closet in which the miracle managers managed to fit two beds (separate, please note), a kitchen, a refrigerator, a large table with chairs, 2 bedside tables, and a huge cabinet with a "grandmother's" TV. Pass, not that there was nowhere to exchange! But the trick of all this was that there was simply no shower, that is, there was a hose placed right above... the toilet. Ie taking a shower at the same time you just wash your toilet bowl! There was no shower, no water retention on the floor - there was nothing! Plus a terrible sewer smell that reigned everywhere!

No one responded to our complaints, and during the time we went to the reception, someone especially resourceful from the staff came into our room and sprinkled everything with a freshener! Simply absurd!
You can talk about many pleasant intricacies of this hotel for a long time! I can only say one thing, that after 2 days of our walking, and endless calls to our travel agency (the Bulgarian guide was rude and refused to help), we were given another room, in another building, quite large. But, at the same time, insanely dirty with stale towels and holey stained linens. We tried not to stay long at the hotel.
As for the pools, we did not dare to plunge into it for two weeks of rest. I don’t argue, there were tourists who sat there around the clock, but basically they were quenched Slavic brothers with children who didn’t reach the sea. During our stay, we noticed that the pool was cleaned only once.
Food, friends! It's hard to call it food! It can be described by a short dialogue of tourists from Bulgaria, who rested with us, at the sight of dinner.
- Pizza?
- Pizza!
And doomedly retired to eat pizza from the kiosk. Everything is very stale, greasy and inedible. Given that breakfast at the hotel is from 8 to 10, and dinner is from 6 to 8, at 8.30 and 6.30 everything that could at least be put in your mouth was already over, and the staff did not renew the food!
I wouldn't hesitate to feed my kids this food!
It turned out much more written than expected! But I hope those who are not too lazy to read will appreciate my participation.

I definitely do not recommend going to Vigo! This is a waste of money and your nerves, you definitely won’t be able to enjoy your vacation and forget yourself during your vacation!
