Let me start by saying that before choosing this hotel, I read a lot of reviews. 80% are negative. I succumbed to my inner voice and, nevertheless, settled on Vigo. We went with my mother, booked a room for two; I was very worried that if we were settled in a terrible room, we would not be able to defend our desire to live in comfort, but, apparently, the girl at the reception was supportive of us - my mother and I are well-mannered and smiling, so the check-in went instantly, and when I I opened the balcony door - I was simply mesmerized by the beautiful view of the sea !! ! The room itself is practically nothing to complain about! Clean, the linen is not dirty and not torn, as some wrote, everything works - TV, refrigerator, plumbing. In some places there is carpet with spots, but this is not the fault of the hotel, you need to understand this))) Next - breakfast! The choice of food is huge! In any case, it seemed to me so, but I don’t suffer from Russian gluttony. Every day I changed the menu: today - muesli, tomorrow - scrambled eggs, the day after tomorrow - coffee with pastries, and absolutely always - Bulgarian tomatoes and cucumbers, which I sprinkled with cheese - delicious !! ! There were no dirty dishes! None of the staff stood above their souls and controlled how much you gain (maybe I just didn’t give a reason, like some? ) Of the minuses, I can name the following: one machine for making coffee and tea, there are really huge queues for it. Juices are also better not to take - they are not natural, most likely diluted powder! And people for the size of the restaurant in the hotel - a lot! But, perhaps, the cons end there. Someone here wrote that the linen is not changed and is poorly cleaned. I didn't notice it! I guess it's all about how people treat each other. . Since I believe that any work must be respected, I did not litter in the room, I was always polite with the staff - they remembered me, the first ones always said hello, towels were changed every day and made swans and all sorts of charms out of them! When we left, we left them a box of chocolates and a tip as a token of gratitude! I want to note that several times I witnessed a showdown between Russian-speaking tourists and girls at the reception. It seemed that the medieval bazaar came to the resort with its fi and fe! Ugly! Russians still have a subconscious opinion that everyone owes them everything! Therefore, the attitude towards some of these was appropriate (maybe that's why they put such people in the worst rooms). There are many Ukrainians and Russians in the hotel, but there were also Germans and British. The Ukrainians turned out to be too noisy for my Belarusian worldview)))) I discovered such a national trait of theirs) In general, I had a great time! The hotel lived up to its 4 stars!
