For the first time we decided to relax in Bulgaria, we initially stopped at Nessebar, but chose a hotel for a long time. The travel agency advised VIGO APART-HOTEL (VIGO BEACH), because. The hotel is new and just opened. Agreed. Go. We stayed in room number 44.
What can be said about the "hotel" - this is not a hotel, those who want to receive service as in a hotel and have taken vouchers to VIGO APART-HOTEL (VIGO BEACH) - change vouchers. You won't get anything like this. VIGO APART-HOTEL(VIGO BEACH) is a small complex of apartments (studios (one-room) and apartments (two-room)). The studio room (we lived in it) is actually an apartment like a guest room. Renovation, minimum furniture, small refrigerator, TV (small but flat))) bathroom without shelves for cosmetics and shower curtains. For couples in the room - two single beds moved together. There is no hair dryer, iron and ironing board, too, but there is a kettle)). Our service was normal: cleaning every day, sheets and towels were changed twice a week. The drain from the air conditioner is brought directly to the balcony and a two-liter bottle is adapted to it, which is naturally not enough with the constant use of the air conditioner. In this regard, there are constant puddles on the balcony. Breakfast: this is something, I have never eaten such disgusting food! ! Don't go for breakfast! Swimming pool: it is, but it is closed and there is never anyone there in the summer (summer, after all, what to do there? ) In general, I personally rate the service as good (note that this is not actually a hotel), we were met, settled in a room at 12 o'clock (and not at 14), they cleaned it, if there were questions, they helped.
I was looking for an apartment in order to have kitchen utensils in order to cook sometimes, it’s not difficult for me, and so there are utensils: 2 dessert spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 large cups, 2 coffee cups, two large plates, 2 hearts , 2 deep, 4 glasses, 1 large knife, a saucepan and a frying pan (made of thin stainless steel, to which everything burned and it is very difficult to cook on it). So, of course, you can make coffee and make a sandwich, but no more.

And now separately about breakfasts. Every day it was the same, only the fruits changed and from the offer you could eat only them. Breakfast included overcooked eggs and pasta, an omelet with more flour than eggs, the cheapest sausage, raw and fried, cucumbers and tomatoes, very salty cheese, sometimes crumbled hard cheese and butter. It is not possible to drink coffee in the machine, the cheapest tea bags and yuppie type juice. And the most interesting thing is that you can’t take food out of the dining room (i. e. if there are not quite ripe nectarines for breakfast, then you need to eat them there) and a fine for not eaten food (i. e. if you took it on a plate, be kind ). All this is evidenced by the signs in the dining room. So if possible, it is better not to take breakfast, but to eat in nearby cafes, which cook excellent food for a moderate fee.
I give this establishment a low rating for one reason: this is not a hotel, as it is declared everywhere (on its website and on the website of travel agencies)! Imagine a more or less elite house with a concierge - that's it! Therefore, the hotel service (for which we went) is not there. Otherwise, everything was on the level (considering our only Crimean experience))). I advise those who rested only in the Crimea and do not plan to get to the hotel.
