Was with a friend. The first day we arrived at 10 in the morning, they didn’t feed us breakfast and they just said it wasn’t right for lunch, they sent a bar to the lobby where only coffee, tea and alcohol were served. We got fed up only in the evening. The cuisine is very good, pasta, french fries, rice has no other side dishes, there are a lot of vegetables, fruits, apples, watermelons, kiwi were spoiled, and various cakes and not edible eclairs in the restaurant, the service is normal. When we checked in, we were promised a kitchen box when we went find out why there are no spoons, kettle forks and everything else. There is only a fridge and stove in the room. At the reception, after finding out, they answered that the hotel has been operating on an all-inclusive system since this year and all appliances have been removed as unnecessary !! ! When we turned to the tour operator from whom Tural came and asked to change the hotel, we were told that they would contact us with a kitchen box, but they did not contact us, such an attitude had never been had to stay.
The hotel is normal, polite staff, offered a kettle, told how to find the only economic one in which they bought a pot to boil tea. There are no hardware stores. One supermarket for the whole city, or rather a semblance, for restoring food. The sea is close and not only! Nearby is a river that flows into the sea, and a field where horses and cows graze, whose manure flows smoothly along the river into the sea, the smell of the village... fleas, and deliberately stained the linen. The mirror in the room was broken and the bathroom door did not close. There are many Germans, not very many Russians, more often Bulgarians. Very quiet place. The whole vacation is ruined. Last year I went on vacation to Sunny Beach, where it is more civilized, the difference is huge!! !
