Good afternoon, the hotel does not live up to its 4 stars.
Things were much better in 2008.
Let's start with the staff from the reception desk and the specialist who leads it in her own person: they never know or understand anything. (NEMA, PLEASE....and look at you):
- You have problems and solve them yourself, we have no problems.
2008 WI-FI caught in the room, the children watched TV shows and cartoons.
2018 - only reception and that's it, and then it doesn't fly, but crawls (:
Secondly, the territory of the field and near the pool.
The grass is bald and all dried up, which spoils the whole look and mood. The remains of the grass are watered, it is not clear why, the whole lawn needs to be replaced. !!!
Thirdly, the night bathing of the guests was not stopped by the hotel administration in any way, the guests swam at night, disturbing the sleep of all those whose windows overlook the pool.

Fourthly, in the morning, when swimming begins and everyone goes to their rooms with wet feet, in the lobby near the elevator you could simply break your arm or leg by slipping.
The floors were not wiped from morning to evening: water in the lobby, in the elevator, and at the reception there were only smiles in response.
Fifth. There is no spa complex, although it used to be wonderful.
At sixth . AND THE MOST TERRIBLE!! ! For 3 days we sat without water and scooped up water from the pool, in what way: basins, buckets, and the chief administrator fed us breakfast every three days: in the evening, in the afternoon, lunch, as a result, there was no water for 3 days.
The Hotel did not offer us any help, did not give any specific information, they just read on the Internet that there was a major ACCIDENT in POMORIA, but the fact that the whole hotel is with children and it is necessary to provide guests with assistance in the form of water, why, deal with it yourself !!!
There is also good:
1) Animator for children all day, disco in the evening -5 songs for all three months, especially without imagination, but at least something.
2) Adult sports pilates, water polo
3) Ongal, it got better, though not everything is what is stated on the menu, mussels were absent for all 3 weeks (
4) The green cafe with a golf course also began to work worse, all the holes are broken....and they take money for golf, the tennis table is broken.
To summarize: the hotel needs to change the manager and staff, it does not really correspond to its 4 stars, it's a pity although it was very good in 2008!
