We chose a hotel from inexpensive ones, the pictures were impressive and didn’t seem to find particularly negative reviews at that time. The trip didn’t work out from the very beginning. it was half an hour, something they didn’t have tickets in their computer, in general, angry and tired, we got to the hotel only at 4:30 the next day. At the hotel, we were met by a girl at the reception who doesn’t know anything in Russian, she just smiled and nodded. In principle, most of the staff did not speak Russian. The elevator is one and small, sometimes you have to wait a long time, if you are without small children, then you can walk, but you had to wait with a stroller. The room is large, two rooms, at first glance very not bad, but then you start to look closely: there is a cracked floor in the shower, you get up and fall through, the plinth fell off, the sofa is like a hammock, the kettle does not work, the sockets and sconces in the room are located in an extremely strange way, the iron looks unattractive, As if something was fried on it, fortunately we had our own, the bedside table was broken, a big plus is a large balcony and there is a clothes dryer. I also didn’t like the fact that the rooms are completely different - one with a panoramic window, a double bed, the second in general without windows, and two beds together, a very unequal situation is obtained between vacationers. There is a wardrobe only in one room, in another chest of drawers. As for cleaning, for some reason, the first four days, towels were given without counting my child, as if she didn’t need to wash, and only on the fifth day they brought it to her too. Wet cleaning was not carried out at all, I personally attended one, swept it up and left. I asked for a broom in the room (a lot of sand is brought from the beach) and did not receive it. Kitchen: plus, it works all day, during the day you can go to take
ice cream, drinks, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are always the same. I can’t say that it’s delicious, mado was generally delicious, but it’s not so bad, the trouble was that several times I came across spoiled food, it stank so that you could feel it for a kilometer : once I took rice, I smelled the smell again
from the queue, but I didn’t understand where it came from, then I found it on my plate. The second time I took a watermelon, it was sour, and then I took some kind of salad with beets, the dressing was also rotten, and in the evening garlic was added to this salad to kill the smell... once we tried a non-alcoholic cocktail... spat out . . it’s impossible to drink... The pool is very cold, on the first day we tried it and didn’t go anymore, we were always at the sea, it’s nearby, the beach is good, clean. killed and generally made me disillusioned in this country - these are people . . I have never seen such an attitude towards tourists anywhere, although it is very strange, in fact tourists make money for them and they should appreciate them, respect them, and they look at you there as Mr. . o, if you didn’t pay, you’re nobody. on the beach I lay down in the shade of the sunbeds, I’m with a child, in position, so this young man who charges for sunbeds kicked me out of there because I don’t buy myself a place, and also with such an attack: "let's get out of here! ", I'm just in shock. the sellers in the stores are very unfriendly, rude, they are normal, but rare. On the bus for a 10-month-old child, they took the full payment from me, they say the child is not a citizen of Bulgaria. When I asked the taxi driver about the fare (only three km), he replied that I asked 20 leva why it was so expensive a different course, so he also began to run into, they say, either pay or get out. I haven’t seen such an attitude not only towards tourists, but in general towards people, I’m disappointed. And I didn’t see cheap prices anywhere, I always heard that Bulgaria is cheap country, I came here, I thought I’d buy everything... but I didn’t see anything cheap, from ordinary water in a supermarket to travel in transport, the prices are cosmic. Even in the markets, sellers do not bargain, and they react so sharply to this, one sent me at all . . to Turkey... they don't care who they talk to, with a woman or a man, with a pregnant woman or not, it doesn't matter at all. I can say for sure that none of us has any desire to return to this hotel or to this country.
