I rested with my husband in July 2013) from the airport they brought me to the hotel by bus to some "unfinished building" and said, this is the Balkan hotel) this was the first impression. They settled right away, the room was completely fine, if you don’t find fault: a small room, there are amenities, the beds do not creak, a balcony, a view of the Orange disco club, where every day the stoned British and Germans staged a brawl) telly (which was turned on once on the last day) . The staff is responsive (mostly young guys, except for cleaners) but a little lazy or slow or something. . . we still don’t understand, cleaning is every day from 9.00, but if you are in the room at that time, they won’t clean it and, in fact, on the same day later, the cleaner won’t come, like everything has its time)) There is a pool, they cleaned every day, but in my opinion, the pool is small. . . although what to complain about if the hotel is 2 stars)) During the day it is quite possible to sit at the bass, but in the evening.... this is something! a group of young Poles lived in the hotel, they arranged such a farce there that the Russian youth just nervously smoked on the sidelines) horror! but in general, no one bothered anyone) we still had breakfast included, well, not very and generally most often we overslept breakfast) so probably my opinion on this matter is not quite complete) the Balkan hotel is a youth hotel, you can’t fill up with a family there, as it will frankly suck) if I liked Bulgaria, I would go to the Balkan hotel again ))))
