Huge and very comfortable rooms, excellent service, good cuisine.
2 comfortable swimming pools and a playground. Every evening entertainment for children.
Nice pool bar open until late at night.
The hotel is not located on the seafront. You have to go to the sea for 5-7 minutes.
Kitchen.
We had an AL food system, there was no children's table or menu, for breakfast muesli, cereal, milk, pancakes, scrambled eggs, every day the same thing, children's yoghurts were all day 4, cereals never. Fruits were always - watermelon, melon , oranges, bananas, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, plums, so the dessert is in order. The rest of the menu is always the same, french fries, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, sometimes mushrooms and beans, only chicken meat was tasty, the rest was practically not chewed, a couple of times there was delicious fish, of course we didn’t go hungry, but it was problematic to feed the children - either spicy or tasteless.
The pools are good, only the seagulls swam and swam in the big one every evening, of course they spoiled, in the morning, apparently, the employees cleaned, but still not pleasant. Our children really liked the children's pool, but for some reason there is no shower near it, only near an adult, it is very inconvenient, since it is not close to get around through the hedge.
The children's club practically does not work, there were no children there several times, and there are no toys either, only an evening disco, which we went to, although the neighboring hotel has a children's room with toys, slides with balls, and so on, but already for money - hour -12 leva, that's where they played...
It is very noisy on the street, especially in the evening, and at night there are a lot of people, drunken youth, the street along the embankment is one continuous market with cafes, attractions, bars, hairdressers, tattoo parlors, shops, etc. the children were "stupid" and so were we, so it was possible to sit quietly only on the territory of the hotel.
So, choosing a vacation spot with young children next time, we definitely won’t choose Sunny Beach. . .
The pool area is large - there is where to swim. But, as elsewhere, it is better to borrow sunbeds before breakfast - just put a towel on. By the way, towels are provided, you don't need to bring your own. If you come later - there is a place, but maybe not where you would like.
We had half board. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. We ate at the pool bar. No complaints about the quality and quantity of food. The buffet is changing, the cakes are very nice.
There are many small shops around the hotel. So you can always buy water, fruits and vegetables (although this is enough for dinner), sweets.
Went out to sea twice. For our taste - dirty, too many people, the food is several orders of magnitude worse than in the hotel (although probably cheaper).
There are 2 water parks nearby: we walked to one (although you can take a free bus), you have to go to the second one - it is in Nessebar. But it's very close, there are no problems with buses. There are a lot of people in water parks, but the child is delighted, and this is the main thing.
We went on three excursions. Nothing out of the ordinary, but overall not bad for a change. A very interesting, albeit difficult (with night crossings) tour to Istanbul by bus. Still highly recommend.
Well, the proximity to Nessebar is a plus. The old city is amazing.
Parents - beware! Around a huge number of tents with toys. Children are simply blown away. We were bringing back a huge amount of some kind of nonsense that was "absolutely necessary" to buy.
For 8 years, my child has traveled half the world. I was very afraid that he would not like Bulgaria against the backdrop of more luxurious places. I'm very glad I was wrong. This year we will go again - he is already asking. So I recommend it to everyone.
