We rested in this hotel, we chose it because of the distance to the sea - it is the first line, a beautiful view. The hotel in the photo looks good, and it is also an all-inclusive system. In fact, the hotel is neglected, everything is dirty. We got a room with mold on the ceiling and walls, as well as in the bathroom. The door to the balcony did not close tightly, there was no water, glasses of a kettle or coffee with tea in the room. Soap and shower gel, shampoo - no! Not only that, we were checked into a dirty room, the floor in the bathroom was all dirty when we checked in. Just a water park, the floor is wet and dirty. The bathroom is generally like in cheap "motels" from horror movies...there was an allergic person in our company, I warned the tour operator about this, the tour operator could have agreed on the room in advance, or warned that there could be such terrible conditions! But this did not happen. . You ask to move to a normal room that you saw in the photo - they do not move, even for money??? ? I asked the tour operator representative to do something, they said they had nothing to do with it, ask at the reception… I wanted to leave this hotel altogether, because it was the worst place we had ever stayed. But I didn’t want to spoil my mood even more and waste even more time, because one day had already been lost. Be careful, because sunbeds and umbrellas are not included in this “all inclusive” system.
Food … sometimes there is nothing to eat, because there is food… but what kind of appearance and quality… Hair in the morning sausages…. despite that, there are muffins with coffee))) sometimes there is something normal. There is enough food, but it reminds me of a school cafeteria, in terms of service and quality of products and dishes. The tables are dirty in the cafeteria, you have to look for napkins!
Drinks… there was mineral water, a drink called juice and beer, vodka, gin and whiskey. But there was no wine or sweet water. Cola with tonic appeared on the 5th day of our stay. There is no tea in the hotel at all. Water is in a cooler near the cafeteria.

In the lobby one day after breakfast, on the side of the dining room, a woman was lying on the couch, probably asleep, with her underwear down to her knees… everyone was taking pictures and having fun, at the moment when we closed our eyes to our boy…
I thought that nothing would surprise us anymore in this hotel, but no.. , this is not the end yet. .
There was feces in the elevator… a stench… the woman complained to the reception, then they reacted and cleaned the elevator… but they were also on the floor.
This is definitely not worth the money we paid for this vacation!
