Food … sometimes there is nothing to eat, because there is food… but what kind of appearance and quality… Hair in the morning sausages…. despite that, there are muffins with coffee))) sometimes there is something normal. There is enough food, but it reminds me of a school cafeteria, in terms of service and quality of products and dishes. The tables are dirty in the cafeteria, you have to look for napkins!
Drinks… there was mineral water, a drink called juice and beer, vodka, gin and whiskey. But there was no wine or sweet water. Cola with tonic appeared on the 5th day of our stay. There is no tea in the hotel at all. Water is in a cooler near the cafeteria.
In the lobby one day after breakfast, on the side of the dining room, a woman was lying on the couch, probably asleep, with her underwear down to her knees… everyone was taking pictures and having fun, at the moment when we closed our eyes to our boy…
I thought that nothing would surprise us anymore in this hotel, but no.. , this is not the end yet. .
There was feces in the elevator… a stench… the woman complained to the reception, then they reacted and cleaned the elevator… but they were also on the floor.
This is definitely not worth the money we paid for this vacation!
After waiting for 15:00, they put on a bracelet for us, but we were not checked in, because the room was being “cleaned”. When we entered the “cleaned” room, we saw dirty panoramic windows, a splashed mirror, broken hooks in the bathroom, a non-working refrigerator, torn curtains and torn floor lamps. A non-working fan for cooling. Our view was of a pool in which dirty plastic cups from under drinks were constantly floating. The room was not cleaned once in 7 days, although we even made a request to the reception. They wrote to us three times a day in the magazine, but to no avail. Toilet paper could hardly be knocked out at the reception. I can write a lot more about dirt, because it is everywhere.
Dining room! Without a single whole bowl)) all battered and greasy. I will submit a photo. Food-scum. In the afternoon, potatoes in their uniforms, which in the evening turn into stew with the skin on. Boiled and served with the scales on, stinking fish. Drinks - yuppie cherry and yuppie orange. No sodas, no wine, there is beer and bottled whiskey and gin in dirty, tired bottles. Sticky tables, bread from the basket with your hands. The salt is soggy, if you're lucky enough to catch it. No napkins either.
A collapsed balcony under which people live.
The audience is gypsies who throw garbage wherever they see it and no one cleans it up. There is a lot more to write, but to sum it up, it is a BARAK, for which people still have to pay money. The only plus is that it is five meters from the sea, that's all.
The hotel is huge, but terribly old. The upper floors are falling apart. It's extremely crowded. Check-in is scheduled for 2:00 PM, but it's a mess because there are so many people. They don't check you in earlier.
The rooms are old, but everything works. There was plenty of food, enough for everyone. The Romanian children grabbed food with their hands. They carried huge portions and didn't eat any of it. They threw food on the floor. Later, we realized we needed to choose a time when they weren't busy, and everything was fine.
There was only one bar on the premises. It was dirty. The hotel overlooks a busy street. We were lucky because the windows overlooked the bar. For snacks, we only had three puff pastries per person. They didn't give us anything else.
There was plenty of space by the sea. The beach was clean. There's a Ferris wheel nearby; I recommend it. You can also go to the old town of Nessebar. It's just a few stops.
If you're looking at this hotel as a place to spend the night and go to the beach, it's a great stay. If you're looking for service, it's a total disaster.
The only plus of course the proximity to the sea, but there are many other hotels, with the same proximity, but with pure, attention of the staff, a pleasant, cozy atmosphere and an acceptable price.
food and alcohol are normal, the assortment is small, but ice cream, fruits, nuggets, fries, all sorts of meat, sausages, cheeses, two types of fish were cooked differently, in short, neither adults nor children were hungry. in terms of cleanliness, it’s not the territory, but it’s dirty, but only because hand-assed people can’t throw a plastic glass or a napkin into the trash after themselves). minus the hotel there are very few trash cans on the territory and few staff, all the guys are trying, but they do not physically take out the flow of guests ??? ? and this is one building in which guests are accommodated, as I understand it after a facelift. in the dining room there were not enough appliances, but they tried to quickly inform. we had a late check out at lunchtime we were fed. in short, write but not rewrite, speak but not talk. in general, the hotel is average, it would not be much to bring to mind??? ? but in principle it was normal. budget trio. if only some kind of animation for children would be of course, it would be super.
did not want to return home. and there are also two swimming pools and two small children's pools in one of the large ones. two elevators both work, there is no animation, all the animation is on the embankment??? ? vacationers are all Europeans and we are Ukrainians) minus the toilet near the restaurant and near the pub, it was not clean and stank all the time (but in general a good mood in your pocket and you will be happy ??? ? will I return to this hotel, I think so ...I recommend the hotel administration to add staff and put more trash cans ...all the best! )
Among the disadvantages:
1. Wi-Fi is very slow, it turns off every 15 minutes (you need to log in again each time).
2. Sunbed on the beach is paid separately: 9 levs per day one sunbed.
3. The hotel has a lot of katsaps (tourists from Russia): behave loudly and brazenly. One day around five in the morning, tourists from Russia staged a drunken brawl. For more than an hour, the entire hotel listened to the brutal curses and the mother, and the local police could not do anything about it.
4. Balconies in most rooms look like a common terrace, which is divided by a lattice only from the bottom in half, that is, if your neighbors smoke on the balcony, your room will be filled with smoke.
5.
At night, the windows have to be closed due to loud music in entertainment venues almost until morning.
The territory of the hotel and the hotel itself are beautiful, stands out from neighboring hotels. There is no free parking - 7 euros per day. There is a lot of garbage in the courtyard of the restaurant, napkins and cigarette butts are lying around, dirty tables, garbage cans right behind the fence. Although, it is worth noting that the entire resort is quite dirty and there are very few trash bins. The pools are clean but cold. There are a limited number of sun loungers by the pools, so when you go for breakfast, take towels with you and borrow sunbeds for yourself))) It's a little strange, but this is the only way you will get the sunbed you want. The beach is right across the road, which was great. But the paid sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach were not at all pleasing. And the beach itself is not very clean, but acceptable. The water in the sea is clean and transparent, there were few algae.
I liked the room, they cleaned it every other day, the towels were changed in the same way, but the cobwebs on the window were left until better times. The linen is clean but old. Overall the bathroom is clean. The bulbs in one of the lamps burned out and they were never screwed in all the time. We could not get enough of the air conditioner, brand new and works well. In a room with a sea view, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves. The railing on the balcony on the 8th floor was shaky, resting on them is life-threatening! Of the shortcomings, the refrigerator still did not work and there were no free sockets, you had to either charge your phone or turn on the air conditioner, there is no free safe, it costs 7 euros per day. Wi-fi is paid and free: free is sooooo slow and needs to be reconnected every 15 minutes, and paid costs 3.5 euros per day for 1 person.
The food in the restaurant is varied. There were enough vegetables and salads, there was always meat, there were diet foods and a lot of cakes. There were few fruits, among them: peaches, watermelon, melon, grapes, apples and plums. Forks were always missing. Coffee from coffee machines is average. The tablecloths were sometimes very wrinkled.
The staff is responsive.
In general, we liked the hotel, but the staff should better monitor the cleanliness. Not worth the price we paid. But we would not take a hotel further from the sea)
Beautiful hotel in a convenient location.
The most terrible thing was the indifference of the manager to what was happening in his hotel.
During our stay, the room was not cleaned well for us; traveling with a child, this matters. The toilet was just terrible when I checked in, I went to the reception for 5 days, brought the manager to the room to clean the room well, but alas, this did not lead to anything . . dirty . . dirty... dirty . . the maintenance of the entire hotel is bad, it is beautiful , but soon it will turn into a dirty barn, I'm sorry((this is happening throughout the hotel, and the workers nod and smile(
The food is beyond praise, you can take it with you and go for a walk to the sea or to the city. Drinks are also on tap. There were no food problems.
Towels were changed and cleaned while we were outside the hotel, no one bothered us once, nothing was missing. We'll be back again in August.
