The bathroom is generally like in cheap "motels" from horror movies...there was an allergic person in our company, I warned the tour operator about this, the tour operator could have agreed on the room in advance, or warned that there could be such terrible conditions! But this did not happen. . You ask to move to a normal room that you saw in the photo - they do not move, even for money??? ? I asked the tour operator representative to do something, they said they had nothing to do with it, ask at the reception… I wanted to leave this hotel altogether, because it was the worst place we had ever stayed. Just returned from a holiday with a girlfriend at this hotel. The territory is beautiful and large, there are two swimming pools (only one worked, but there was enough). The staff is very friendly, it is nice that Ukrainian -speaking, cleaning all the time in the territory. The food is varied and delicious.
