I was convinced on my own skin - the hotel is bad. Yes, it is not old, the furniture is in good condition, but it seems that it was built in haste - in many places the paint burst, the wallpaper fell off, the tiles by the pool fell off... the attitude towards tourists is disgusting! At the reception there is a sign - I DO NOT GO TO THE ROOM - a fine of 50 lev. We sat in the lobby with a beer - the owner flew out, started screaming to pay a fine or get out of the hotel, poked a finger at a warning sign about food in the room, to which we said that we were talking about the room, not the hall. Then he began to demand the key to the room - he wanted to check if we had food or alcohol there. Our scandal was loud and ended in frayed nerves. In addition, there is little to eat at the hotel for breakfast - only eggs, tomatoes and ham. Above the soul is a girl who watches over you with a burning look, or rather behind your plate. Powdered milk. Tea of unknown origin. In general: I love Bulgaria, but I don’t go to Helvetia anymore.
