We rested with two families from 08/02/09 to 08/12/09 on an all-inclusive system. We stayed in two rooms (two adults and a child in each family). Although the hotel itself is located in a quiet part of the resort, but the sounds of nightclubs reached us at night, I believe that no one in Sunny Beach is immune from this, whose windows of the room are directed towards the center or towards the coast of the resort. I liked the hotel and the rooms themselves in terms of interior design, we were also lucky with a sea view. Room service is not very good: towels were changed three times in ten days. Every day they put things in order in the room, folding stale towels in the bathroom as if they were clean. Beds were changed only once, on the eve of departure from the hotel (why? ). Although the bed in the crib was changed almost daily. Hot water was missing every day around 18:00 for about an hour. This is due to the large flow of people returning from the beach.
At the reception in Russian, almost no one understands really, I had to express myself in English. The Internet was only in the lobby, and then the channel was completely weak, if five people came out, then the speed dropped terribly.
Since we came solely for the sake of seaside recreation, the modest offers of the hotel for children's recreation on the territory of the hotel were not of much interest to us. In the evenings there was a short program for small children, and a little later for teenagers the program began.

About the food- The food was honestly not up to par with a 4 star hotel. The monotony of salads, or rather the ingredients for salads, upset. This is despite the seasonal abundance of vegetables. Of course, Bulgarian soups must be loved very much, they all have a specific taste (with the taste of Bulgarian spices) The meat dishes were good. Bulgarian alcoholic drinks were also quite decent (Rakia, Menta, Vodka). Wine white and red so-so. There was no coffee. The tea was suppressed black and herbal. In the snack bar you could have a pizza at lunchtime, and during the day and in the evening alcoholic cocktails were made.
There are big problems with parking at the hotel, upon arrival we could not allocate a place for our car. I had to negotiate at a nearby hotel, for money. I parked the car for one evening near the parking lot of a durgo hotel, notice it was not under the sign, the car was dragged away on a tow truck, then I had to buy it. Until I got up in front of the entrance and handed the car keys to the receptionist, they did not find me a parking lot. (Parking was paid by the way)
A NOW ATTENTION- A GANG OF CURRENCY OPERATORS IS OPERATING ON THE KUROTRA. They operate under the guise of foreign exchange offices. Indicate the selling rate. When asked why you are changing, they say the selling rate, but as soon as your dollars or euros fall into their hands through a narrow window, they give you a much smaller amount and, to your surprised look, show a small stand in the corner with a super low rate . Many times we observe the picture there as the British, Russians, Germans come out of there who are at a loss, who are furious... Naturally, all this flourishes under the vigilant control of local authorities, which was extremely disappointing.
We were very lucky with the weather - the water was warm and there were waves, it was not very hot.
I have a rest not for the first time in Bulgaria and not for the first time in Sunny Beach. But I notice so many shortcomings at the resort for the first time. Perhaps the crisis has affected-save on everything.
