About the room: an area of approximately 30 sq. m. , a large (about 10-12 sq. m. ) balcony of a round shape. In the room: 2 wardrobes, a table, a large double bed, a double sofa bed, 2 bedside tables, a TV, a minibar, a safe (for an extra charge, 5 levs per day), a bathroom. On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs and a table.
Meals: according to the all inclusive system, everything is tasty and quite varied. Maybe not like in 5 * in Turkey, but very, very worthy: salads, meat and cheese cuts, yogurts, soups, sausages, meat dishes of 4-5 types (ribs were especially liked), hard and soft cheeses, pastries , ice cream, fruits, vegetables… Restaurants have microwaves, milk, so we could make milk porridge for the youngest child. We had no cases of poisoning or illness due to poor-quality food. The only drawback is that tourists from the neighboring hotel (“Amphora”) ate in our hotel, we had breakfasts and dinners in different restaurants, so this did not cause any inconvenience, but lunches were in one. First (from 11.00 to 13.00) we dined, and already around 13.20 we started the neighbors. The result is long queues for food. The waiters were good, no complaints. The snack bar makes very tasty pizza (from 11.00 to 15.00), but there is always a queue behind it (the wait took 20 minutes). Juices, however, are “chemical” a-la “Yupi”, although in the last days of our vacation they were given natural apple juice.
The room was cleaned every day, towels changed daily too.
The beach and the sea are ideal for children - fine clean sand, warm water. We saw a jellyfish two or three times. Algae washed up to the shore in waves, but there were few of them, after 2-3 meters from the shore the water was clear. In the last 3 days, we were a little unlucky with the weather - it was stormy.
Animation was seen only near the pool, before dinner. In the evenings there were sometimes performances, but they did not arouse much interest. There are no discos in the Imperial (and this is good, since then it would be problematic to relax with children). There is a small playground, a good children's pool. If you want to take a break from the child for a while, you can “hand over” it to the children’s club of the Forum Hotel nearby (we did not use this service, so I can’t say anything definite about the skill of the animators). One hour, as far as I remember, costs 7 leva.

If you are young and love to party, you are in the center of Sunny Beach, all the entertainment is there. "Imperial" is located on the edge, very close to Nessebar. We went to the new city on foot, it took about 15 minutes to walk. We got to the old city by bus or by train, it also took about 7-10 minutes to go. Bus and locomotive stops are 150 meters from the Imperial. The old part of Nessebar is very beautiful, a must visit! To the center of Sunny Beach - just over 20 minutes by train. There is nothing to do with children - there is nothing except McDonald's and small attractions, everything is “sharpened” for youth recreation - casinos, discos, erotic bars.
Also, in addition to transport stops, in the immediate vicinity of the "Imperial" there are two convenience stores (almost all the hotels were bought there), an exchanger ("Crown") with a good exchange rate, a children's inflatable slide (5 levs 15 minutes).
Summary: "Imperial" is a great place to relax with children!

The behavior of the Bulgarians and Romanians is very defiant, who create noise out of nothing and plus everything is accompanied by this impudent behavior and boorish attitude towards the rest neighbors. The restaurant menu is monotonous and by the end of the week of stay causes undisguised disgust. Therefore, I advise everyone to book hotels without meals. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes in the resort within walking distance with a rich menu and delicious cuisine for any income.

During the week of our stay at the hotel, bed linen and towels were changed once. The towel, thrown before cleaning on the bathroom floor, was carefully folded and put back in place by the maid.
Cleaned the room badly, dirt and sand remained even after cleaning. Glasses and an ashtray were washed occasionally.
The result of our tour is a deep disappointment from unjustified hopes from the tour and the hospitality of Bulgaria. I felt that I had been scammed.

Our acquaintance with the hotel, and we were 2 adults with a child of 3 years old, began at 11:00 from the reception, where we were asked to wait until 14:00. When asked by the administrator, what to do all this time and where to spend it, they calmly and with a smile on their faces shrugged. Despite the fact that at that time there were empty rooms in the hotel, we were told that “our” room was being cleaned. Then it turned out that this is the principle of the hotel administration in any case not to settle before 14:00 and apply this to everyone. The majority of the guests of the hotel were Bulgarians, Romanians, Russians, British. What immediately catches the eye is the absolutely indifferent attitude of the hotel staff towards us. . The behavior of the Bulgarians and Romanians is very defiant, who create noise out of nothing and plus everything is accompanied by this impudent behavior and boorish attitude towards the rest neighbors. The restaurant menu is monotonous and by the end of the week of stay causes undisguised disgust. Wine, the pride of Bulgaria, was represented by 2 varieties, white and red liquor with a touch of alcohol. The constant and incessant queues in the restaurant, cafe, bar deserve special attention, in pushing which there are no equal Bulgarians and Romanians. Coffee and tea lovers are in for a disappointment, as coffee machines only work during breakfast, and tea was not served at all. Coffee is disgusting, but even for him the line did not stop. In the bar, drinks and food are served in plastic containers, which evokes associations with a cheap diner. A cocktail in a plastic cup looks rather ridiculous. An orange and blueberry drink stuffed with preservatives, substitutes, dyes was passed off as juice, there were simply no others. . As a result of such irritants, I had to regularly refuse lunch or dinner and visit the restaurants adjacent to the hotel, which are countless with a varied themed menu. Therefore, I advise everyone to book hotels without meals. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes in the resort within walking distance with a rich menu and delicious cuisine for any income. Near the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas are free, but there are never free ones, and this despite the fact that only a few rest by the pool. "Resourceful" Bulgarians and Romanians occupy free sun loungers early in the morning, putting a towel or personal belongings on them, and freely do any other business, only occasionally coming to the pool to sunbathe and swim. When I asked for a sunbed, the receptionist laughed and advised me to get up at 7:00 in order to take a free sun lounger in advance. Be very careful in this hotel! Food for every taste - meat, salads, hot, two types of the first, fruit, every morning lined up for pancakes (very tasty), although drinks were constantly diluted in the bar and restaurant, and coffee machines often broke down, tablecloths were changed as they got dirty - once every two or three days.
