Pretty and clean hotel, we got a room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea and two different resorts, the staff is friendly and quite speak Russian. Breakfast is also good, there is something to eat for picky eaters and omnivores! Linen and towels are changed every three days, it is written in the rules of the hotel! A beautiful promenade, delicious food in restaurants, attractions, clubs on the beach, hookahs and much more, everyone will find an interesting place for themselves. … More ▾ Pretty and clean hotel, we got a room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea and two different resorts, the staff is friendly and quite speak Russian. A beautiful promenade, delicious food in restaurants, attractions, clubs on the beach, hookahs and much more, everyone will find an interesting place for themselves. We plan to return next year.
CONS: Poor Wi-Fi even in the lobby, they have a couple of servers, but both of them can't cope due to the large number of tourists vacationing with children who constantly hang out in online games and social networks.
And one more drawback is a strong audibility, it's just a nightmare, how grateful I was to the hotel workers that we didn't have neighbors with children !!! !

15 hours from Odessa and we are there.
It was financially worth it.
The ticket cost us only 165 euros per person for 10 nights on two meals a day.
The bus brought us early in the morning, the settlement had to wait until lunch.
We asked for a room on the 5th floor with a sea view. Our request was granted.
So the Corona Hotel. . .
TERRITORY AND NUMBER.
The territory of this hotel is small and includes a medium-sized pool and 2 dozen sunbeds. But for Bulgaria this is normal, here, according to the European standard, there are no large areas in hotels.
The room is primitive, medium in size, everything you need is in the room.
The faucet in the shower was in disrepair, but we adapted
There is no dryer on the balcony.
SERVICE .
Cleaning the room tyap blooper.
The garbage was taken out, and in 10 days the towels were changed once.
The staff at the reception are friendly.
In the canteen, the waiters cope, but the feeling that they are negligent about their work does not leave. There is no cleanliness anywhere.
FOOD AND BARS.
That's honest... So foul we have never been fed anywhere.
In the morning, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a couple of salads.
Hot water from the cooler, but in fact, barely warm, the tea bag in it does not want to be brewed.
The coffee is so nasty that you can't drink it at all.
This hotel does not provide meals.
And for Dinner all 10 days is the same.
Fried chicken, meatballs pasta potatoes and rice.
a couple of types of primitive salads.
Everything .
But remembering for what pennies we got here, I stopped being indignant.
The bar only worked in the lobby. The prices are high.
The pool bar didn't work.
BEACH AND SEA.
The hotel does not have its own beach.
The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are just inadequately expensive.
A set of two sun loungers and an umbrella 30 lev or 15 euros.
There are so-called free zones.
Where by lunchtime people are packed so much that it is not possible to pass.
The sea is clean, the sunset is gentle, but not shallow.
TOTAL.
Bulgaria, and in particular the Korona hotel, did not surprise me.
The hotel is on the verge of a foul.
The food is disgusting, the elevator does not work. The whole hotel is covered in dust.
But remembering that it was the cheapest in the price list, you understand that miracles do not happen.
The resort itself is strongly reminiscent of our post-Soviet resorts with a bunch of unnecessary rubbish for sale and crowds of people.
Once again, you can visit Bulgaria, but not the Crown Hotel. Even for such little money.

Cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired, the garbage was taken out every other day, towels were changed 1 time per check-in. Air conditioning is so-so (the room was on the east side). Breakfast is monotonous, but the choice was, according to the type of buffet. There are many cafes and bistros near the hotel. Close to public transport stop. WI-FI only in the hotel lobby, and provided that there are few people, otherwise the connection will be very long. The appearance of the hotel is a little sloppy, although it looks nice in the photo. But next time, I don't think I'll choose this hotel.

I chose this hotel on a last minute trip, there were not very good reviews, but in fact it turned out to be not a bad hotel, the food was good, the room was large with a loggia, the refrigerator and TV were small but working, the sea was 100 meters away, there were a lot of cafes and shops nearby, you can take a walkto Nessebar. … More ▾ I chose this hotel on a last minute trip, there were not very good reviews, but in fact it turned out to be not a bad hotel, the food was good, the room was large with a loggia, the refrigerator and TV were small but working, the sea was 100 meters away, there were a lot of cafes and shops nearby, you can take a walkto Nessebar. The hotel has a bar, a decent one, a massage room and of course a swimming pool. Of the shortcomings are bulky and uncomfortable sunbeds by the pool and carpet in the rooms (maybe this is a plus for someone)

The corridors and rooms have a new carpet, there are no negative smells. The rooms are spacious. At first we didn’t even understand why the hotel is cheap? Everything became clear later. Air conditioners almost did not pull. We were in Corona out of season, it was cloudy every other day, so it was irrelevant for us. But in the heat, I don’t know how it will be there, I think it’s hard. We lived on the 5th floor. A woman from the 3rd floor said that they have everything in order with air conditioners, even cool. So I don't know. . .
The main disadvantage of the hotel is the cleaning lady, who did not even have a vacuum cleaner. During our 8 nights, we did not have time to get very dirty, we tried not to get dirty. But for two weeks I would not go to this hotel. Towels were changed once, bedding never.
We only took breakfast. They are more or less normal, considering that the hotel is very cheap. I advise you to buy tea in a supermarket and brew bags yourself, you also need to have your own coffee, the one in the hotel is disgusting. And so - cheese, sausage. sausages, eggs and fried eggs. cookies, some fruit. All in all. you won't be left hungry. You don't have to take dinner. There are a lot of cafes with promotions around where you can eat normally for 5-7 leva.
The conclusion is this - if you are going not in the hot season, for a week, you want to relax on a budget and will not eat at the hotel, then you can safely go. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. I would consider this hotel in the first half of June or September. Just do not forget that by paying 3 kopecks, you will not get 5 *.

Burgas. BON-TOUR.
A Mercedes arrived with a trailer for our chumodans. Of course, the driver was flooded in the opposite direction to the BULGARIAN DAIRY CARRIERS)))))))))) Dairy trucks escaped with a slight fright, but... We did not leave the police. We were marinated in the heat for an hour. How much our STEPOBARIN unfastened them - that was his name, sort of - I don’t know for sure. Then he rushed through this heat to some hotel from the center right up to Nessebar, then he rushed back back - mixed up, or what? - again in the opposite direction, but to some other hotel in the center. - They slipped through! ) But apparently, he kept the CROWN for a snack. Therefore, when I left the delivery and got into the CROWN hall, I greeted the receptionists like the gladiators of Gaius Julius Caesar. On behalf of Kyiv, KANESHNA! )
Guys, you won't believe - they gave me the best number. 531. The first thing I did - on the recommendation of the Kiev Wiederstrall - I checked the safe. Locked it up first. And then I forgot the password. . . I WAS SHOCKED. I was told in Kyiv that for a safe - money. NEED TO CHECK! But no, that's what he needs, it's his own fault! )
***
With towels, grub and things that have moved out in the shower and in the bed - everything is so. Creamy beige brown design. Chlorine. Broken plastic on the balcony. And the roof is like an inaccessible spa elite -
GORGEOUS VIEW! )
For three days I settled in the room, moved the furniture, combined the interior. Because I don't want to be in the sun, only in the sea. Yes, and time is the sea. The main thing is that we flew! ) On this occasion, I did not buy folding furniture, but only hats, towels and swimsuits, I made a bathing-doll design in the room. However, the cleaning lady came and, as it were, my slippers - as if their soles - across. HOW? . . I threw them away.
In general, after the flight, I didn’t give a damn about it either.
No one in the reviews wrote that you can’t drink coffee in the canteen. Rather, it is not coffee, but fried shnyaga, diluted with chlorine water.
In general, after the flight, I didn’t give a damn about it either.
I defiantly harassed the reception desk, and they fixed the WC on the ball that had hopelessly stalled when I arrived.
I was hoping that I would finally get bored.
But alas, the British came to the CROWN. British, in a word.
I bought a bag with the British flag, a white Charlie Chaplin bowler hat and a T-shirt with a picture of Putin and with the words - THEY WON'T CATCH US.
I thought that now I would finally get bored. But the ill-mannered "Britain" still continued to slaughter a goat under my balcony for dinner. Very loud. Worse air conditioning.
And every evening ten times through the balcony there was a live sound - a million scarlet roses. I had to close the balcony. In addition, the mosquito stuck.
On the beach, the protection of sunbeds called me a Russian bastard.
And I told them - well, excuse me, I'm from the Baltics. I lied - maybe I'm a blonde, and they believed. But they didn't even apologize! 10 lev sunbed and 10 lev umbrella. I understood that this is the personal income of the guards on the beach - why would they swear so much with a blonde from Kyiv in September?????.....
This is the only difficulty there - the beach, because Tashkent is specific there. Africa. Purchased umbrellas do not save.
***
And the Crown Hotel is normal. Only with coffee lining And where - in Bulgaria? In Bulgaria - in a hotel! - they cheat-save even-God on morning coffee! )
BUT IN GENERAL. . . After the Kyiv-Bulgaria flight, I didn't give a damn about that either. Everything in the world is relative. So. . .
***
Gentlemen, the hotel sounds like = WE FROM GABROVO = chic. The staff is fabulous. The hotel is in demand among the British, I recommend! )

But still, as always, you hope that your vacation will be successful, because Bulgarian hospitality and golden sand by the gentle sea are the key to a wonderful vacation.
But! We were not lucky with the weather, and it immediately spoiled the mood. And then there's the hotel. . . The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. Very close to the sea: 5 minutes on a wooden deck through the sand dunes.
The building was built very original, beautiful, modern! Only no one supports it at the proper level, it is left to the mercy of fate. Even the lobby (where everyone gathers to use Wi-Fi) is beautifully conceived, but in reality it looks wretched. There are not enough places for people (children just sit on the floor, because there are not enough elementary benches and chairs), nor decor (at least a couple of tubs with live plants).
The territory of the hotel, as well as everywhere else in Bulgaria, is small, but even it is not well maintained, does not create comfort and good mood, it is abandoned. The fake flowers on display (not the best quality) are even more depressing.
Separately, it is worth talking about the restaurant and food. What they cook and serve to guests causes a strong disgust for food! The cook completely kills the appetite and faith in the rich and delicious Bulgarian cuisine. Everything is the same, every day is the same. True, there were fruits every day (watermelon, plums, apples and semi-green peaches), but no normal meat, no edible desserts. Disgusting! Of course, you won’t stay hungry, you’ll fill your stomach with at least something, but you definitely won’t be full and satisfied.
The staff is friendly, like all Bulgarians, but even this does not save you from the persistent feeling that you are not welcome here... because in every detail of the interior and infrastructure you feel orphanhood, wretchedness and disregard for guests.
Coming back from the beautiful sea, the golden beach (even in bad weather... or rather, especially in bad weather), you want to feel a holiday and enjoy your vacation! But "Crown" completely kills any hope.
Those who say that it doesn't matter where to sleep, how to stuff your stomach, the main thing is a good beach and the sea... in their own way, they will be right. And only with such a mood you can go to this hotel.
We're not here anymore. This hotel would be in good hands. . . to have a couple of diamonds in this crown. . . But that's another story!

We went on holiday in 2014. Two adults and a child (2 years 10 months). We chose the hotel ourselves, according to the description and partially according to the reviews, so we did not expect much. Check-in was fairly quick (arrived at 21:00). They didn’t go for a walk (I didn’t want to walk alone, but it’s time for the child to sleep), boiled some water (they took a boiler with them - they helped out more than once), brewed porridge for the child, tea for themselves and rested after the road. … More ▾ We went on holiday in 2014. They didn’t go for a walk (I didn’t want to walk alone, but it’s time for the child to sleep), boiled some water (they took a boiler with them - they helped out more than once), brewed porridge for the child, tea for themselves and rested after the road. . . In the morning, thanks to our child, we always get up early, so we were among the first to come to breakfast. In view of this, we did not notice any problems with the lack of dishes, food or crumbs on the tables. Maybe later it was, but we never saw it. Therefore, the minus described in the reviews was neutralized by itself. What I really liked about this particular Hotel - it is located on the second line, but going to the sea is quite simple (the straight road is paved), 3 min. and we are on the beach. There is no need to go around in circles in front of the standing hotels. For us, this is a big plus, it did not tire the child. The beach is fine sand. The room was standard. That there is just a shower - they knew and were not surprised. True, after taking a shower, the floor is wet and slippery, and the maid herself told us to throw towels on the floor like a rug so that the child would not slip - we did so. Detergents were given only once, then they were not updated - we had everything on our own and, again, it was not a minus (You can also buy it in a store nearby). There was more than enough toilet paper. There was no dryer on the balcony, only a table and two plastic chairs, but we asked for the beach in the morning and when we returned for dinner it was already there. We were not given a basin for washing, it was not very convenient to wash children's things. I, as a woman, was pleased with the presence of a hair dryer, noted as a plus. Change of linen and towels was regular and without reminders (as stated in the description). Trash was taken out daily. As for cleaning, I’ll note one thing with Bold Minus - if you are in a room and locked with a key, this will not stop the maid. she first inserts the key into the lock and already knocking on the door, and NEVER vice versa. But we noted this minus only when the child fell ill. and had to spend most of the time in the room in shifts. They hung a "Do not disturb" sign: once it was simply removed, and then simply ignored. I repeat, All this upset me only because of the illness of my child, when I wanted peace and quiet. There were no other negatives about the hotel itself. The illness itself became a nuisance for us towards the end of the holiday. We were evicted at 12, and the transfer at 17:20. and with a child in our arms (strong weakness), we sat in the lobby. We applied for an extension of the room (and for an additional fee, and for a day) both in our and in neighboring hotels - a refusal. As a result, we took the farthest corner sofa and put the child to sleep right in the lobby. Fortunately, there were more positive emotions during the rest. The hotel is not located in the center, where it is quite noisy, and no one spoiled our sleep at night. A couple of evenings we walked in the heart of the resort and that was enough for us. The windows of our room went straight to the main entrance to the hotel, towards the sea, but from the 2nd floor and in the jump you can’t see this sea))) at the hotel we only took breakfast, lunch and dinner in different cafes - we tried everything new)) Veryliked the walk in Nessebar. The views are amazing, the taste of seafood in restaurants is unique. We went there by public transport, and back - by boat, it was already dark and very beautiful - the whole Sunny Beach is in the lights - unforgettable!

Well, that's the end of our meeting with Bulgaria, the Sunny Beach and the Crown, about which I will write a little now. Looking ahead, I will say that Hotel Korona and my wife and five-year-old child really liked it, it has many pros and cons. We were settled at the age of 12. day on the 5th floor in 535 rooms overlooking the pool, at first we regretted not having a sea view, and had already agreed at the reception to replace the room with a house on the sea for 10 levs on the second day, but changed our minds for the night the first 3 5th floor is not very visible sea because in front of the Crown there are higher hotels, and on the second the sun is very hot by the window and the heat in the room. … More ▾ Well, that's the end of our meeting with Bulgaria, the Sunny Beach and the Crown, about which I will write a little now.

This hotel has everything you need for accommodation: cold and hot water was fast, toilet paper was renewed daily, towels also, air conditioning worked, the refrigerator was also working, there was a safe but had to pay at the reception for its use, bed our linen was changed twice in 11 days, and towels when we wanted, that is, when we wanted to change them kiala just on the floor. The TV in the room showed 2 Russian channels and the rest were either Bulgarian or Romanian. Special thanks to the hotel for breakfast and dinner, fed there just for slaughter, there was a buffet with a bunch of dishes that could really be a little more varied, we bought dinner separately at the reception when we wanted, for an adult 10 levs, children 5 levs.
The pool is beautiful, cleaned every morning, because it is colder than the sea, I counted 95 sunbeds from the balcony, the pool bar is not cool, could be the best and the range is not very but it's not a problem, on Sunny Beach alternative bars are rich .
A special compliment to the beach, which is very clean and which cleans daily
(seeing with my own eyes), the sea is warm, the air is clean, in short, there can be no claims.
And now a little about the disadvantages of the hotel: as someone wrote in the reviews, this hotel has a small problem with cleaning, in principle, we had nothing to clean. But in the fight they were garbage collection, replenishment of toilet paper and sometimes swept. And from the vacuum cleaner they are when evicted from the room.
Summing up, we would highly recommend Hotel Korona, the more it fully reflects the money we paid.
PS.
By the way, did anyone notice that the Crown logo on the reception desk was not 4 stars but 3, or that the star itself fell off in fairness, or the staff adjusted the logo to the current state of the hotel.
Who will have any questions, I'll be happy to answer.
