Decent hotel, definitely worth the money spent. Everything that was indicated on the website was present in the hotel itself. The staff was polite, but very discreet, did not bother once again. The room was cleaned every day, quite qualitatively, so there are absolutely no complaints about the service. The only negative for me was the kitchen, I don’t like this kind of food, everything is too saturated, or something.

This applies to the entire hotel. The pool is very clean. The hotel is 80% occupied by residents of the European Union. The food is decent, although somewhat monotonous. But I recommend 2 meals a day at the hotel. However, there was not even a hint of a children's menu. I was upset by the work of the head of the restaurant who allows himself to make remarks if there are 4 pieces of bananas left on the table where 4 children and 3 adults ate, and also taking an apple from a 2-year-old child leaving the restaurant. As well as red bell peppers for the whole holiday there were only a few pieces. Apart from the work of the restaurant, everything else is at a very high level. Thank you for a good rest.

Breakfast, although monotonous, but nutritious, quite a large selection. We dined either at John Smith's or in the room (it was possible to heat food in the microwave).

Next to the hotel there is a mini train stop to Nessebar (3 leva per person). Regular bus number 1 also goes there, the fare is 1 lev. For souvenirs it is better to go to Nessebar.

Excellent hotel. The food is varied and tasty. Good location, the sea near the hotel is clean, and then in the center of Sunny Beach the sea is covered with algae. Close to Nessebar and the supermarket "Janet". Liked it a lot

We have been living in this complex for 4 years. Everything is fine. 350 steps to the sea (specially considered), swimming pool, restaurant, bar, gym, spa, hairdresser, shop, souvenirs. To the center 3 stops by bus or 30 min. walk to Nessebar 10 min. on foot. The bank is nearby, all the shops and shops are nearby.

To the center 3 stops by bus or 30 min. walk to Nessebar 10 min. on foot. The bank is nearby, all the shops and shops are nearby. The bus costs 2 leva in any direction and they travel regularly and constantly. The Russians do not get it, but the Germans get it - noisy and drunk.
