Hello! Read this before you go here. We are resting in a hotel with three of us (Me, mom and girlfriend). I've never written a review before, but I thought I would today! Second time in Bulgaria. The first time we liked the rest, we wanted to get to the same hotel where we rested, but unfortunately there were no places there already! ) The cons start with the elevator) it works terribly, given that there are 5 floors, it is terribly slow and we were hit by the door several times (yeeeeeee, we entered the elevator with fear)))) As for the rooms. It's good that I usually take my shampoo, otherwise they give a small sample of shampoo and soap for the entire stay. This is the first time I see and hear this)) even in 3-star hotels there is not such a service) we are running out of toilet paper, I don’t even know if it’s worth going to the store for it or they will at least replace it)))) They don’t change the bed (but it didn’t bother me), and the towel is changed every 3 days and you can’t take them with you to the beach. We bought a towel here, as in the previous hotel they gave everything) Towels here cost from 15 to 40 lev) The shower does not work properly! While washing, there are sharp drops, then boiling water is pouring, then cold. Why we don't understand this. We did not understand how the air conditioner works (in my opinion it was broken at all), but it will remain a secret for us)))) We slept with an open balcony. The staff is okay though! He honestly performs his duties. About food! If you still decide to come to this hotel, then take only breakfast on the basis. Their food is amazing! ! For the whole stay for breakfast and dinner we ate the same thing! And to be honest, we don’t even taste very much) We mostly ate toast with jam for breakfast and Shopska salad (cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese) for dinner. We are already sick of this food! And the funny thing is the lack of teaspoons (((sugar was added to tea by eye))) and they interfered with a knife or fork))) now it’s even funny to write this))) but it terribly pissed us off and continues to piss us off)))) For the entire period we got a teaspoon once))))))
And by the way, the description says that it is 50 meters to the sea, but this is not so (200 meters to it
In general, the hotel does not even pull on 3 *!
