The hotel was chosen specifically in the southern part of the resort. we like this part the most. Relatively quiet and not too far from the center. The hotel is very clean, cleaners work for 5+. The rooms were also cleaned very well, towels, three of them, were changed every day without reminders and throwing on the floor.
Rooms are large, floor tiles. But I want to warn you that there are some very small single rooms, these are 134.234, 334.434. Do not settle for them. there is a very cramped bathroom and the air conditioner blows right in the head. I was first settled in 334, but at my urgent request they moved me to room 160. This was already a completely different matter.
The food at the hotel is quite good, always a meat dish, fish and chicken. Delicious vegetable casseroles, lots of fruits, sweets. Several bars with drinks are open until 23:00. From 16 to 17 in a small restaurant on the 1st floor, pizza, cookies, ice cream, drinks are served.

Animation at a high level. Animation team - clockwork guys. I especially liked Julian, who led water gymnastics, he was able to captivate a lot of people, incl. youth, which I have not seen in other hotels.
There are two pools - one for adults and one for children. normal pools. Near the children's there is a swing.
We have no complaints about the hotel at all, but, here it is. the environment of the hotel is very noisy. Especially noisy from the Happy Land children's camp. In the Caucasus Hotel there are constant pandemoniums, but until 23:00. On the other hand, the hotel is also very noisy, from morning to evening. So it is impossible to stay with an open balcony until the night. I tried to find a quiet side, perhaps it is on the Main Entrance, towards the road, which is almost inaudible. Or at the end.
Conclusion - who is ready to live all the time with a closed balcony, then you will like it here. And who loves silence and wants to turn on the air conditioner only when necessary - you are not here.
