It was my first time in Bulgaria. The hotel is located next to the main street, where there are many souvenir shops, cafes, attractions for children and adults. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea along the main street. The room was clean, had all the necessary furniture, the shower always had hot water, liquid soap and shower gel.

We lived on the fourth floor, two elevators were constantly working. On the first floor there was a bar with drinks and ice cream. The food in the dining room was varied and tasty. At lunch and in the evening there was beer, white, red wine on tap right in the dining room. There was no queue in the dining room, there was enough space at the tables for everyone. In the evening, discos and karaoke were held in the bar on the street with children. Special thanks to Irina from the reception and Nikita from the bar, it was very pleasant to communicate with them, they are very friendly to vacationers. I recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Cons: there will be no animation. In the restaurant (all inclusive) - food is not tasty, fruits are either green or rotten, juices are not natural, sometimes fish, huge lines of citizens with plates. If you don't come in the first minutes with an opening, then something will probably remain. They moved into a room with my son on one bed. It was very uncomfortable, then I had to ask for an additional blanket (there were no underblankets). . all the bedding was stained, as were the towels. . there were not enough shampoos and soaps, the mini bar and refrigerator did not work. I had to run for water to a bar or to a nearby store. Although there should be water, I think.
