Almost all rooms of the hotel are partly or completely overlooking the sea. Very comfortable, clean, nice staff. The advantages of the hotel are the first coastline and the price. Also, compared to other areas of Sunny Beach, it became quiet near our hotel at 12 at night, while the entire Sat was buzzing)) so if you want to relax calmly, you can go there)) we went to discos on foot, along the beach . . super summer)) they didn’t regret a bit that they lived so far from the main places of entertainment)) The beach in this area is very clean, compared to others (we rested a couple of times at the same time in different parts of the Sat), probably because there are 5 * and 4 + * hotels around )))
Disadvantages: well, the bathtub let me down a bit, if you can call it that, but I didn’t really get into the conditions, I had enough of what it was. Also, if you take an extra seat in the room, the folding chair was a bit short even for my 1.65 cm)) although I survived it too)))
If we talk about expensive food in this area, we coped with shopping in supermarkets)) the food there, by the way, is even good and at a normal price)) we had one point with normal prices, behind the Victoria Palace hotel across the road))

I liked the rest this year again I'm going there)))))
