The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Good location (near the bus stop, supermarket and the sea 5 min walk! ) The hotel has its own territory with a seating area for smokers, a gazebo. A cozy relaxation area by the pool and for those who like to lie in cozy bedakhins with soft mattresses. Rooms are large with balconies.

A cozy relaxation area by the pool and for those who like to lie in cozy bedakhins with soft mattresses. Rooms are large with balconies. We (4 people) had a two-room suite and each large room had a modern TV with channels in different languages, including Ukrainian. Air conditioning in every room. Cleaning was every day and change of linen. The staff is very friendly and everything is in order. The kitchen made me very happy. Sous chef Vitaliy monitored the replenishment of dishes so that everyone had enough of everything. If the dish was finished, then it was immediately brought up again. Chef Tatiana is a professional in her field. It's nice when people do their job with a soul! Everything was perfectly prepared and different every day. Fish and meat of 2 types, not counting dolma, meatballs.
grilled vegetables and sausages, side dishes, soup or hodgepodge and a seafood platter (every other day). After lunch, snack: pizza or hot sandwiches, cookies and 4 types of ice cream in waffle cups. The breakfasts were excellent: Cereals, milk porridges, yogurt with jams, scrambled eggs, stuffed puffs, vegetables, fried bacon, sausages, salami sausage, ham, cheeses, olives. Hardware coffee, UPI drinks, but at the bar there are sodas and cocktails, beer, wine like we have in tetra packs. For lunch and dinner, fruits (melon or watermelon, peaches and grapes, plums or apples) and sweets (biscuit and oriental). Everything is fresh and varied, which is very important! The staff is friendly! I have been to many countries and hotels of different levels and I can really appreciate it. This hotel is value for money. Communicating with tourists from other hotels of approximately this level, I came to the conclusion that for the same money we had many advantages in everything. Hotel Compliant 4*
I recommend!!
Vacation was a success!

It was the first time in Bulgaria! The hotel is close to the sea in 5 minutes with a small child. The hotel has very tasty cuisine, chef Vitalik personally goes and checks whether there is enough food, communicates with the guests. There are no queues in the restaurant! The food is very diverse! Alcoholic drinks are also delicious, but when you approach the bartender in the lobby bar, it's like you owe him something)) In the pool, a friendly woman pours cocktails and beer.

The rooms are clean, our linen was changed once in 7 nights, the garbage was taken out every day.
The pool is very comfortable - divided into a children's area - my 3-year-old child enjoyed swimming.
Minus in some staff: the waiters quarrel right in front of the guests, the bartender in the lobby bar is sad all the time.
The worker Nikolay, however, smiles at everyone and gives a good mood!
I definitely recommend it for delicious food, 5 minutes to the sea, cleanliness!

close distance to the sea 3 min. The check-in went very well, we were warmly welcomed at around 8 in the morning, and at 8.30 we were already settled. In general, a normal, clean hotel. Would like a better bathroom, especially a shower. About that, garbage was taken away every day and cleaned conscientiously.

The food was delicious, the barmaid at the pool bar was very friendly and pleasant. Our room was 104, a cozy clean room, a drawback (the shower stall was leaking at the seams), the windows faced an abandoned neighboring yard. I didn't like Ms. Maria at the reception, who is unfriendly, and believes that there should not be such a country as Ukraine and Ukrainians as a nation. With this, she spoiled the impression of all the positive moments

For the first time in Bulgaria, therefore, perhaps due to emotions, the flaws are not visible (if any). The Sunset Hotel is the second line, 200 meters from the sea, 3-5 minutes walking distance. The hotel is small, without pretentious chic, but well-groomed, tidy, with good staff, with good and varied cuisine (buffet), drinks - for an amateur.

The hotel was impressive, I read bad reviews before the trip, and upon arrival I was surprised. The room is clean, 3-5 minutes to the beach, the hotel is located rather in the first coastline, followed by a road. The beach has a sandy strip without sun loungers where you can sunbathe on your towel. Food, in my opinion, is good 3 types of meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, 2 types of cheese, etc.

Quiet place, as the promenade is in front of the hotel. I recommend for families with children, as the hotel is small and cozy.

Quite a decent, quiet hotel, albeit a "troika". The territory is small, but cozy and quite green, which is rare in Sat. The food is quite varied (except breakfast) and tasty. Alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive - disgusting, but soft drinks too. The pool is small, clean, but the water was cold.

Two years ago we were in Albena. Compared to Sunny Beach, it was an amazing stay, although the hotel was 3*+. People don't stop at Sunset!! ! I have never met such terrible food and “goodwill” of the staff. We were lucky that we lived there for only three days, and then, thanks to our excellent guide Iliana, we moved to another 4 * hotel, Mena Palace.

We were lucky that we lived there for only three days, and then, thanks to our excellent guide Iliana, we moved to another 4 * hotel, Mena Palace. We even agreed to half board. In general, after the resort "Sunny Beach" does not want to go to Bulgaria at all: the rudeness of beach workers is enough. If you do not pay for sunbeds, then you cannot be located by the sea, but only 10 meters behind the sunbeds. And the child mostly plays by the sea. And these are voiced workers their dislike for the Russians - “Russian people fuuuuu". And we go there, spend our money for such rudeness. I made a conclusion for myself either to go to Albena, because the sea is super for a child, or not to go to Bulgaria at all anymore.

Drywall Bulgaria with a fake pseudo-Schengen visa, where I last visited in 1995, has not changed much. The same greed in the eyes of the merchants, the same disgusting food and goods in the flea markets of the coast. It seems that the hotel was built by some people (the idea and the place is good), but it is exploited by "merchants" who are indifferent to visitors, who feed people with disgusting fast food, drink non-alcoholic beer and sour diluted wine.

I will keep silent about coffee and tea on chlorinated water. And the servants' faces. . . That's something.
Polish tourists (poor families, by Polish standards, or just rednecks), who make up the majority of visitors, are dissatisfied and periodically rebel.
Thank you Bulgaria - I never go there again!

The hotel is up to 2 stars! the drinks were diluted very much even the bartenders themselves laughed at this but the boss is the boss can't be helped! )) the wine turned into a sour compote))) the beer is transparent and the mastic that cannot be diluted, they managed to mix something))))) plus incredible prices! in general, if you want to relax and not freak out, choose another hotel!! ! he does not deserve these modest 3*)!!! !

Hello! in the period from June 10 to June 17, my boyfriend and I were on vacation in this hotel, I’ll immediately write the bus trip cost nerves....((it lasted about 20 hours, although the company promised us 12-15 hours !! ! even taking into account a good bus like "NEOPLAN", it's still hard... but if it's like that with a child.

The hotel itself is nice and quiet. . . lots of foreigners....
Surprisingly, they settled us in a 2-tier room... wonderful, huge, with an ekondishin, and 2nd!! ! balconies, on one of them you could play football! and the view of other hotels is impressive!
The food is rather tired of this buffet....monotonous....many, as if from hunger, were gaining... juices like "yupi" diluted, sausages from the toilet. papers, french fries, pasta, soups-like-water in a can . . but if you are not afraid of monotonous food, overall not bad. Free drinks - beer, water....get drunk!
The pool is clean, shallow. 50 meters from the sea, the sea and the beach are clean . .
Cleaning the room_they took out the garbage and changed the towels thrown on the floor. The bed linen and towels are white. . . you can't find fault with it. .
And I also want to note that the estimated time in ALL hotels is at 12 o'clock and many have to sit until the evening, wait for transport.
Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful! next year we will go again!
