I was extremely surprised by the review (the only one) about the rest at the Polaris Stele. We rested with the whole family at about the same time and in this complex. We took 2 rooms - a studio and a one bedroom apartment. The rooms had a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. True, I didn’t see the park either, but we reached the sea with a small child on foot in a maximum of 7-10 minutes.

True, I didn’t see the park either, but we reached the sea with a small child on foot in a maximum of 7-10 minutes. New buildings are being built around the hotel, but there is no construction work during the summer period. Quiet place, very suitable for a relaxing holiday with children. At the same time, the main street is nearby. We liked. Regarding the service. We specifically rented apartments (in fact, this is a rental of private apartments), so I did not wait for the maids to come to me to clean up. They cooked and cleaned themselves.

I have my own apartment in Stella Polaris 2. I know the owners of the hotel and all the staff since 2009. Excellent, friendly, and most importantly responsible people. The hotel is designed more for families with or without children. If the room is rented in stella-2, then the maids clean it regularly - every other day or at the request of vacationers.

On the sixth day of our stay, after our demands, we were told that we had to pay for the TV separately or buy our own antenna. Room cleaning is HORRIBLE!! ! Until you catch the maids and give them the key, there will be no cleaning. We didn’t have cleaning for 4-5 days in the normer, although the key was left at the reception all the time. The receptionist at the hotel pretends to not understand you at all requests, shrugging his hands and saying "Yes, it's good" but after that nothing moves. To the sea to go about 20 minutes on the road, there is no park. Near the hotel building and garbage. True, there is also Stella Polaris-2, maybe it's better there. DON'T BE SCAM ON THE INTERNET!! !
