There was a very nice helpful staff, students from Ukraine, with whom it was nice to chat, because in fact we had no one else to chat with in this hotel. The main contingent is old noisy Britons who do nothing but sit in the bar and talk loudly. But it's okay, the rest did not hurt. In general, the hotel is good, the room is clean, everything is new, with free wi-fi, with which there were no problems.

The only thing is we made a mistake with the dates a little and there were very few of the younger generation in the hotel. The same pattern was observed throughout Sunny Beach. Most likely it is better to go there in July or August, so that there are more young animals. You can also go there with your family, but, the only thing, you should not hope that your children will be entertained day and night. It's not about that at all. Every day in the morning there were some attempts to do something like a show, but it looked very ridiculous and ended quickly, probably because no one cared.
But in any case, there is a pool, there are slides, at least some entertainment on site. The center of Sunny Beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. There wasn't much to do there either. A bunch of places with music from the 80s, in which, again, elderly British or Germans sit. For a good price for a tour to this place, in principle, not bad, especially if you have your own company of 4+ people.

But to the right there is some dismantled 2=storey building. And if we saw a bit of its roof, then some of the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors go directly to it and the view from the windows is bad. The hotel is aimed at family Germans, they are somewhere around 70%, the rest: Russians, Moldovans, Romanians, met girls from their Minsk, a few Ukrainians and Englishmen. The hotel is expensive and the audience was decent. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is good, towels are changed every day. Any problem is solved instantly. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a mini water park with slides for adults and children. The animators are trying. For adults at the pool at 10 o'clock - boccia, at 10.30 - aerobics, at 11 - shooting. At the same time, animation for children is near the stage. Here, only for some reason all this is without music by the pool and at first it seems not incendiary, but then we got used to. We never watch an evening show, we prefer to take a walk. But here we were in a hurry from a walk to watch a dance show. which was arranged by our animators. They are all great dancers, even champions, it was a great pleasure to watch them dance. The restaurant is beyond praise. There was no physical opportunity to try everything. On Saturdays there was a dinner with a marine theme, they prepared sushi (not very tasty), mussels, shrimp and even hot salmon. In the bar on the veranda, something was fried all the time. McDonald's victims (mostly Germans) were picking up French fries. The poor fellows pushed through half of the sunbeds, which could not withstand such a weight. I also have extra pounds and struggle with it. but next to them looked like a birch. And yet I didn’t even try french fries and pancakes. For breakfast they gave slices. very diverse from expensive smoked sausage and meat, many types of European cheeses that I did not appreciate, except for blue cheese. which I love very much. As always, sour meat, porridge (did not try it), sausages, eggs in all forms, pancakes without any queue. in jugs stood natural tomato juice. For lunch, the menu was simpler: meat, fish. bird. sometimes rabbit, lots of side dishes. For dessert, cakes, pies, jelly, 6 types of ice cream. Fruits are seasonal plus oranges, bananas and even pineapples. Very tasty watermelon. Dinner exceeded all expectations. I won't even describe it, there aren't enough words. These were all positives. And now for the downside. There is no shower cabin, just a curtain, and even a short one. I believe. which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. But still, this did not spoil our mood and the rest in Tiara was a success. If you are satisfied with the Sunny Beach resort itself - noisy. with traffic and crowds in the center, then I recommend the Tiara Beach Hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the cuisine is excellent and varied, I especially liked the meat, vegetables, wine. There were strawberries, cherries, watermelons and ordinary fruits. The kids liked the animation. True, almost without the Russian language. The adults are good too. They know Russian better. Room cleaning every day.

Miniaquapar, Wi-Fi in the lobby is free. The staff is pleasant and attentive. They speak little Russian but understand Russian tourists during this period were very few. It is better to go to the sea through the Burgas hotel.

By the way, in the same place, near the Burgas hotel, on the beach - the Ship cafe. I highly recommend visiting. Beautiful sea view, tasty and inexpensive food.
A separate plus (and I consider it a plus) - 99% of the hotel's customers are Germans and Europeans. Lack of Russians. That is, no one drunk dives into the pool in clothes during dinner, etc. Completely polite, decent and courteous neighbors. Surprisingly good.

The food is good and very tasty. The variety is great. Insanely delicious sweet table.
Service:
Fluent in English and German. They understand Russian. There were no problems.
Disadvantages:
I really wanted a double bed, but there were no such rooms in the hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel! ! Cleaned every day, the territory is small, but: the beach is not far, near the pedestrian area for walking. The pictures are true. Gorgeous buffet. Nice pool, there are Russian animators.
