We just arrived and I’m in a hurry to write a review so that if I can help someone not to spoil their vacation. We went from the travel agency "Universal Agency", met by the company "Vassy".
We went to rest for 4 days (3 nights), counting on a quality holiday, since there is no more free time to relax. And so: they paid as for a 5 * hotel on the first line by the sea. We arrived, settled us in a remote bungalow (approximately 2-3 lines), in the toilet - water was dripping on our heads, it stank from the closet, the toilet was not cleaned, there was rubbish in the trash! In response to a request to put toilet paper, they heard angrily from a hotel employee ___ WELL AND HOW MUCH YOU ALL NEED, 5-6 ROLLS OF PAPER!!!?? ? We went to the reception, had a fight, moved to another room in the same bungalow, more decent in appearance, but it wasn’t there. . . We opened a buffet in the kitchen, and there was bread with worms, flowers, rotten oranges. . . In short....Dirt everywhere, the toilet is not cleaned.
I had to collect all this wealth (rot and garbage) in a bag and bring it to the main building at the reception. We called the chief administrator and in front of her eyes all this was "shaken out" on the table in the central building in front of all the guests!
Well, in general, after that we were moved to the central building overlooking the sea!
I want to note that the bungalows are designed for those who travel for a long time and without food, there is a kitchen with a stove. And since we went on a tour with ordered meals and only for 4 days (which we repeated more than once when settling), we just "hit".
For 4 days of rest, three relocations!! ! , DAMAGED NERVES!! ! HORRIBLE MOOD!! ! LOST TIME!! ! And most importantly, it's all for your own money! And a lot!! ! They paid almost as much as it costs to stay for 8 days in the same hotel.
What is more interesting, we watched the settlement of other guests --- they had about the same situation repeated. Therefore, we concluded that THIS IS THE POLICY OF THE HOTEL, and not an accident.
A few more points for travelers:
1. FOOD: normal. Lots of food, not very tasty, but you won't go hungry.
2. SEA: it was cold, + 20C, a lot of algae and all kinds of living creatures - jellyfish, crabs, etc. Swimming is not very pleasant.
3. BEACH: paid sunbeds and umbrellas. And those who don't want to pay are beaten up like dogs, they are not allowed to open their umbrellas. . .
