The hotel does not live up to the 5 stars that adorn the majestic crown. The room is not cleaned at all (in fairness, it should be noted that after the request and the tip, the room was still vacuumed, but not the balcony). There are no bathrobes and slippers, towels are changed again after a reminder (it is better not to change, as a rare towel without stains). If you run out of soap or shampoo, buy at the store, because relying on the hotel you will remain unwashed (although toilet paper was provided regularly). The bathroom wasn't cleaned as well (but the trash was taken out daily), the drain was in all likelihood clogged as water was leaking out of the tub like in slow motion. The bed linen was spotless but torn. You won't believe it in the dining room called the Hollywood restaurant: the dishes are, to put it mildly, poorly washed. In all likelihood, they did not have time to wash it cleanly, since the number clearly did not correspond to the number of vacationers. And get ready for a serious struggle “for a place in the sun”, due to the lack of free tables (and Europeans are not good-natured Asians, they do not want, with very rare exceptions, to see outsiders in an empty place at the tables they occupy), due to the completely inexplicable the ratio of salt and pepper shakers with the number of tables. I omit such trifles as food that has no taste, the waiters shaking food crumbs from the table onto the floor, and even with their hands, etc. , etc. The fact that the hotel has its own beach is complete nonsense. The beach does not belong to the hotel, and it is paid (a little more than $ 7). By the way, the water in the sea is muddy. And this information is for the citizens of Armenia: do not contact the Geografic Travel agency, because it does not have complete information about the places that it recommends for recreation.
