We stayed at this hotel with our 9 year old daughter.
We will not go there again, the hotel is beautiful, and nothing more. The quality does not correspond to 3 *.
The service staff is terrible, especially the reception. We had to change three rooms, because the first room was above the bar (it was noisy and it was impossible to relax). I asked to change to a quieter room, but the girl at the reception said that she did not understand my Russian , then I went down to the hall, with a suitcase and a child, and gave her the key to the room, she immediately found another room. My daughters and I really liked the room, clean and good. We unpacked the suitcase, laid out things, what was my surprise when they called us and said that this room was reserved, so we ended up in the third room in a row !! ! This is about settling in. There are almost no Russians in the hotel, mostly Germans, Dutch, Russians. The food is disgusting, low quality, drinks are a diluted powder concentrate, "Coffee" in the mornings was poured from terrible and antediluvian machines rewound with scotch tape. The cook burned pancakes every morning and spoiled all the other products entrusted to him : ), rotten cherries, kiwi and green bananas were made from fruits. By the way, even ketchup had chemically - starch taste. The appearance of the hotel corresponds to the photo, it’s beautiful, we were constantly visited from neighboring hotels to take pictures))). The children's pool turned out to be with broken tiles, and my daughter often got hurt in it. The sea is very cold in June, but we swam like walruses. I really regret not listening to other reviews (a lot of negative ones, I wanted to believe that this is not so) Although I read them just like you do mine now. We won’t go to Bulgaria anymore.
