I stayed at this hotel in August 2010. Lived in a deluxe room, all-inclusive food system. To begin with, the hotel has 5 stars, not four. There are more minuses in the hotel than pluses.
First, terrible food. The range is not the smallest, but the quality is terrible. There are basically no fruits.
Secondly, the mediocre all-inclusive system: 3 meals a day, and not 5-6, as in Mallorca or Turkey. Drinks: soda, beer, wine and a pathetic parody of cocktails, only beer is good. 2 bars by the pool are paid, free only on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel.
Thirdly, a small number of sun loungers and umbrellas per capita. Already at 6.30 in the morning everything is busy. I saw this for the 1st time in my life.
Fourthly, poor cleaning of the rooms, only the replacement of towels and the removal of garbage, and then only the one that lies in the trash.
I also did not like that there were a lot of children in the hotel.
Now the good:
1. No animation - for me it's good.

2. "Suite" is spacious, has 3 zones, and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, etc. The furniture is all clean and new.
3. Many people write that the hotel still has Soviet towels - this is not true, everything is new, like bathrobes with slippers.
4. It is also a plus that this is the most beautiful hotel of the nearby ones, although a thorough inspection shows that all the materials are cheap, everything is not done neatly. And, of course, the number of leopards per sq. m.
5. The pool is beautiful enough.
6. Good SPA.
Although, my personal opinion is that these are all the problems and disadvantages not of the hotel, but of the country itself. Each country has its own system of hotels and services. And the Bulgarians themselves spoil the impression of the rest more than the blunders of the hotel.
