I rested with my daughter, it was our first trip abroad, so there is nothing to compare with. I'll start with the fact that the Victoria Palace staff does not speak Russian well enough. Of course, a few simple phrases are understood, but still this is not enough. Towels are changed and garbage is taken out every day. If you hang a special sign, then they will clean the entire room. For the use of sun loungers and a large umbrella on the beach, you need to pay 8 leva, and near the pool - everything is free, but by 8 am there are no more empty seats. The pool, by the way, is huge and deep - 1.50 m, but there is also a smaller one - for children. The beach is cleaned every day with the help of special equipment. The hotel is very beautiful, lots of greenery. As for food, we only took breakfast and dinner. This was quite enough if you have a bite to eat at lunch in a nearby cafe or buy something at the Zora supermarket, which is located 200 meters from the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel is very similar to English - usually a few dishes of eggs, sausages, as well as salads and pastries for every taste. For dinner, the choice is a bit poor, there are no hot drinks. Animators work by the pool every day to entertain children and adults. There are many souvenir shops on the embankment near the hotel, which tourists should look into. I also advise you to visit the city-museum of Nessebar, which is located 10-15 minutes drive from Sunny Beach. Buses in this direction leave every 15 - 20 minutes. Even in Sunny Beach, a 25-minute walk from the hotel, there is a small shopping center Royal Beach Mall, where you can find wonderful products made of genuine leather from 20 euros.
In general, we liked it. Of course, not everything is perfect, there are small flaws, but we hope that they will be eliminated. This hotel is a great choice for families with children, as well as for people who want to relax alone.
