In any business, and even more so in such an important one as buying real estate, the most important thing is to make a choice.
Believe it or not, but our acquaintance with Bulgaria happened as "love at first sight".
At first, my wife and I considered different places: the Black Sea coast, Montenegro and... Italy.
However, no matter how beautiful Italy and Montenegro are, no matter how native our Caucasus is: "money decides everything", therefore - Bulgaria.
To our great surprise (from personal experience) it turned out that the most favorable ratio of real estate price - quality of life - for Bulgaria.
So "if I had known the buyback, I would have lived in Sochi" - this is not about us.
Our decision was made and acquaintance with Bulgaria for the first time took place in November 2013.
So, to Bulgaria.
We are Muscovites and every trip to the sea is a holiday, so living on the sea is the main thing for us.
The city was chosen immediately - Sunny Beach. Long coastline (8 km), golden velvet sand, turquoise sea - a dream for many people.
But, for some reason, many do not like to live "in a constant holiday. "
Those who from year to year live in cold, damp, dull, sour Moscow will understand us, how we sleep and see the bright sun, hear the cries of seagulls and feel the breath of the sea breeze.
Sunny Beach meets our sporting aspirations as well. you can swim for 4 months, go skiing for at least three months (there is a direct bus service from Sunny Beach to Pamporovo), and ride a bike all year round.

It should be noted that the Bulgarians are believers. And A. Zvezdanov - - the person who, not in words, but in deeds, proved what "relation to one's neighbor" means. We did not regret for a single minute that we met this man. Not once did we feel in relation to ourselves a hint of self-interest.
And the phrase that he once dropped "the main thing is that the client be happy, even at a loss to the company" turned out to be not posturing, but can serve as a motto in his work.
It should be noted that in Bulgaria there is a procedure: any real estate transaction must be accompanied by a lawyer.
