Good day to all. I have been resting at the hotel for 2 days, I want to write about hotels right away.
1 - The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, large - on the territory:
- large swimming pool for children and adults
- Bar Lobby
- restaurant
- pizzeria
- fish restaurant
- tennis court (extra charge - 20 levs per hour)
- Internet only at the reception and Lobby bar (you cannot have Internet in the room)
- parking for transport - 10 minutes from the hotel (on foot) for those who want to go on their own.
- territory on the beach - no territory (umbrella + 2 sun loungers = 24 lv. )
Rating for the territory 9 out of 10
2 - The rooms in the hotel itself are small in need of cosmetic repairs - rating 7 out of 10
This is briefly about hotels. Regarding the hotel staff - arrogant, uneducated, can be rude (I will not go into great details). If you want to talk to the manager, then you will not find him - everyone you do not ask or demand a manager, no one will know how to find him.
If YOU arrive in the morning at the hotel - YOU are not lucky enough to wait until 14:00 for check-in (well, everyone probably knows this).
More about the staff in the restaurant - while eating, be careful about your plates of food - turn away - your CHILD will no longer have a full plate of food! ! ! (The staff is so smart and arrogant that they take full plates of food from under your nose !! ! )
As for the food, I give it 9 out of 10.
There are a lot of entertainments for children and not bad enough, but ...today at 11:00 one of the workers who deals with children comes up to me with such a fumes that I cannot convey to you in words.
In short, my personal conclusion - I will never come to this hotel again, but the tour. The agency is a big minus for such a hotel. Maybe someone will benefit from my review. By the way, this is my first negative review about Bulgaria (to my regret).
