But one evening on the 6th day of our vacation we went for a walk for 2 hours and it turned out like this ........I went to the room with my daughter in the room and my husband was stuck on the street .......and saw a terrible picture ....we have everything turned upside down in the room, all the drawers are open, and the door is open on the balcony, despite the fact that we had everything Closed.

but they reacted as if we were to blame for everything and they have nothing to do with this case, I was shocked, they didn't even say sympathy .....so they called the police .....but they didn't help us. ....only that we went those next days every day before our departure to them in their department to make protocols and testimonies .....and in the end they told us that nothing will help us and they will not be able to find. in Bulgaria a lot of thefts)))) and by the way at the same time in the same hotel at the same time robbed two more rooms .....but note that these were three rooms .... , from Moldova, and from Belarus.....not a single room of the Bulgarians and Romanians were touched only by foreign countries ........Therefore, good people, I ask you to carefully choose a vacation in Sunny Beach, and not this hotel. ...I just do not want you to get into such a situation, I write to you honestly from the bottom of my heart .....
Because I think it was at the suggestion of the same hotel staff, namely the cleaners .....because I then noticed their attitude and their views after all this, because they did not think for sure that we will make a fuss and call the police! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Rested in this hotel from 06.07. 2014-13.07. 2014. To be honest, we were very upset because we had a rest at the Marvel Hotel a year ago, so I had to compare. Both hotels are 4 *, but if Strandja has 4 *, then Marvel has all 6 *. Well, in general, from here in more detail: As soon as we arrived at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning, we were immediately told that we would not have lunch, since this was not included in the price, that is, we would only have dinner. We were also told that we can dine at the hotel if we pay 25 leva. We decided that we were going to some kind of restaurant, especially since last year we didn’t manage to eat there, because in Marvel we were immediately put on bracelets and we dined with everyone. Well, that's been decided. We walked, swam in the sea and ate in a good restaurant on the seashore. Then they came to wait for the settlement. There, check-in is at 14:30, but by 13:40 some people arrived and they were immediately settled. The husband could not stand it and came up to find out how it happened that for some reason we were left to wait, and someone was settled upon arrival. We were told that they paid for lunch, so check-in immediately. I had to swear, because it is at least ugly. We are waiting with a child, and they just arrived and immediately drove into the room. After 30 minutes, we were offered to bring documents and offered a room on the first floor, later it turned out that the plaster was falling from the ceiling and the room smelled of dampness. Remote control and hairdryer must be taken at the reception. Also, it turned out after 2 days (when they bought juice for the child) that the refrigerator was not working. Ice cream was not given every day as it was in Marvel (there was also a very nice room and everything worked properly). During our entire stay, ice cream was given only 2 times. Also, you can’t take anything out of the dining room here, the waiter will come running after you and tear it out of your hands. We somehow decided to take sweets for the child (a couple of potato balls with coconut flakes), so they snatched it from our hands in the corridor. Imagine running after us to pick them up. We were in total shock!! ! Wow, and in Marvel they took it all out to the pool bar. And not only sweets, ice cream and fruits, but all the snacks that are left (except soups). In general, non-stop food, but here they just took a couple of potato balls. Also, I liked the baby pillow. There is a pillow on the back of the folding sofa, so they stuck it (they didn’t put it in, since I would have tried to put it in for a long time) into a small pillowcase and apparently the child was supposed to sleep on this 0.5 meter pillow. Thought maybe my husband could do it. Bottom line: the husband slept the first night without a pillow. The most interesting thing is different. The next day, in the morning, I go up to the woman at the reception and say that we don’t have one pillow and, if possible, they can bring it to us. We come from the sea and see: The same backrest for the chair is worn in the same pillowcase, and the same women work there, there was no replacement (I found out, there is no replacement for them at all, they live there). I come with this pillow to the reception and show it. After 30 minutes we had a normal pillow. After the incident with the pillow, I had to figure out why our mattress stinks of urine. And you know what they told us that our child described him. The child is 7 years old and she has not done anything like this for a long time, especially since we had a mattress on the 2nd bed, and the child slept on a folding chair. I also really liked that they don’t have teaspoons, but that they are needed in a 4 * hotel? The only good thing I can say is that the chefs tried very hard. The food was delicious and more or less varied. Also, the waiters there are very friendly and nice. We arrived from vacation and we feel that it was as if they were mocking us, and they threw the same money away.

In the process of rest, we found that the hairdryer and refrigerator did not work, in the toilet the flush barrel took water for a very long time, water flowed out of the bathroom when you took a shower. They didn't clean up very well. Towels were changed every two or three days, sheets once a week. There were only 3 channels in Russian on TV, there was no remote control. I didn’t like the room, but we were lucky with its location - some of the rooms overlooked the pool, where it was very noisy day and night and music played all day, we didn’t have that. But the food was very pleased - everything was very tasty. Over time, a little, but tired of the main food, but sometimes they prepared new dishes. The only negative is poorly washed dishes (especially glasses). Also in the bar and in the dining room free soda of various types, coffee, tea, spirits in any volume. At certain times they gave free ice cream, cookies, pizza at the bar. As for the photos - 7.8, 9: these photos are not a Strandzha hotel, there is no such thing there. The hotel is close to the beach (2nd line, 3-5 minutes walk) and close to the center, but the hotel does not have its own beach area. As for the Internet: there is no wi-fi in the rooms, cable too. You can access the Internet only at the reception for a fee. Fitness and SPA are also paid. Free entertainment is table tennis and animators. Animators do their job on a strong 5. We liked it. Very good for families with small children. In the evening show for adults from animators. The sea is very clean, the sand is soft, fine, the beach is clean, but municipal (general, not a hotel). If the weather is bad, you can go to Nessebar. Well, in principle, that's all. In general, we liked the rest, but the hotel could already have something to fix. The hotel is in the shape of a rectangle, with a patio where there are benches and flower beds with roses. There are 2 exits from the hotel - through the reception and through the internal. patio to the pool. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas. We lived in a 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. In 1 room there is a folding sofa where the children slept, 3 easy chairs, a table, a dressing table, a TV (with Bolg, German, Paul, and Russian channels), a hanger, a wardrobe . In the second, a huge bed with an excellent mattress, bedside tables, sconces. 2 balconies with 2 chairs and a table, lighting. air conditioning, bathroom, everything worked fine. Only the hair dryer did not work, they gave out an ordinary one. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were always changed, if you put them on the floor in the bathroom, the bed was changed on the 7th day.
The food is varied and quite edible. breakfasts are more modest (eggs, sausages, croissants, jams, cereals with milk, tea, coffee, cream), lunches and dinners are super. 2 types of first courses, 4 types of meat, fish, 4 side dishes, vegetables like garnish and as salads, cottage cheese, jams, honey, plums, watermelons, grapefruits and oranges, buns, cakes, sweet drinks, tea, coffee, milk, beer, young wine. I think that at home people eat more modestly : ). From 12 in the morning by the pool pizza, salad, ice cream. At 16.00 sweet and salty puff. One lobby bar in the lobby at the reception, the 2nd near the pool. Drinks are also for every taste. The only thing is that I suffered without natural coffee, there it is some kind of instant. to the beach! So people don't be afraid, you can go to Strandzha!!!
Separately, about the tour operator JOINUP (Lutsk) - "professionals". We chose a completely different hotel. Imagine our condition after 27 hours on the bus with 2 children, we arrive at the hotel, but we are not on the list of arrivals. The reason is the cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival. Absurd! Expensive calls to Ukraine begin, the hotel contacts the Bulgarian tour operator, which offered to replace Strandzha. If not for such an adequate replacement, the lawsuit would have already been in court.
And one more thing - people, fly airplanes! A bus trip can cost you your life. The carrier, Algol, also distinguished itself. The journey back lasted 31 hours. (almost all children) 3 (! ) Hours stupidly stand at a gas station outside Chernivtsi inhaling gasoline vapors in the hellish heat). Driving home, the fuses in it had already flown, the doors were blocked, the temperature of water and oil went off scale! We arrived home at 00.30, and at 5.00 in the morning the same bus with the same drivers will carry a new group to Bulgaria!
